The sense of professional achievement of sports teachers refers to the continuous improvement of their own professional values in the process of physical education,the exercise of their own educational work ability,and the full display of the potential of education and teaching work,so that they can develop together with students After gaining recognition from others and maintaining positive interpersonal relationships,the positive emotional experience.That is to say,the professional accomplishment of physical education teachers is expressed in two aspects: successful experience and self-efficacy,which is influenced by its own internal professional values and career development,interpersonal relationships and other external factors.The purpose of this study is to investigate the influencing factors of professional achievement of physical education teachers in middle schools,and put forward countermeasures to improve the professional achievement of physical education teachers.The study takes the middle school physical education teachers in Lu'an as the survey object,through questionnaire surveys,interviews,mathematical statistics and other methods to gain a deeper understanding of the status quo,differences and influencing factors of professional achievement of middle school physical education teachers.The status quo analysis is mainly through two aspects.On the one hand,data analysis of successful experience,self-efficacy,and overall professional achievement is used to understand the level of professional achievement of teachers as a whole;The job title and the honorary title make a difference analysis on the professional achievement of physical education teachers.For the study of the influencing factors,firstly,the factors that affect the professional achievement of middle school physical education teachers are obtained through factor analysis,and then the Pearson correlation coefficient analysis of the influencing factors and the professional achievement of physical education teachers is carried out,and the regression equation is established by multiple regression analysis.The countermeasure part is mainly proposed from three levels: micro,meso and macro.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)in Lu'an City,16.1% of PE teachers have poor sense of professional achievement,14.3% of PE teachers have poor success experience and 17.1% of PE teachers have poor self-efficacy.(2)Different gender,teaching age,education background,professional title of PE teachers have different sense of professional achievement.There is no difference between different teaching grades and PE teachers who get different levels of honorary titles.(3)Internal influencing factors: professional cognition,professional emotion,professional belief,professional behavior;external influencing factors:professional achievement,interpersonal factors,social factors,school environment.(4)Internal factors and external factors have influence on success experience and self-efficacy.Generally speaking,the influence of internal factors is greater than that of external factors.Among internal factors,career cognition has the greatest influence on success experience and self-efficacy,and among external factors,career development has the greatest influence on success experience and self-efficacy.(5)According to the difference analysis and the analysis results of the influencing factors,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the sense of professional achievement of PE teachers from the micro,meso and macro perspectives.
