and culture differences are still unable to balance the,by sports funding shortage,the lack of the number of physical education teachers and professional quality is not high,school leaders and out high school and the city compared,lags behind that in urban areas,the middle school.Understanding of rural area middle school sunshine sports develop present situation and restriction factor,Promoting Middle School in rural areas of sunshine sports and faster,better carry out,whether it is to improve the rural middle school students' physical health level or the promotion of rural school physical education reform to have significant product.In this paper,using the method of literature,expert interviews,questionnaire and mathematical statistics method,taking Taiyuan city as an example,through the two counties of Taiyuan City,two counties of developed and undeveloped economy survey 8 township level 32 rural junior middle school physical education teachers,790 middle school students.Analysis of the current situation and restricting factors of current sports junior middle schools in rural areas of Shanxi province to carry out sun,explore countermeasures to promote rural Shanxi province middle school sunshine sports to better,better,promote the sunshine sports junior middle school in rural areas and faster development,provide a reference for the future reform of the rural area of Shanxi Province,junior middle school physical education.Through the research,get the following conclusion:1 From the perspective of physical health test:the speed quality of the Taiyuan City high school students in the rural areas,the explosive force quality is relatively good,and endurance,flexibility,quality and other development level is relatively poor;from sub-health testing,survey of Taiyuan 790 in rural school have more than one third of the students in the sub healthy state,health worrying.2 Taiyuan City rural area junior middle school of rural middle school sunlight sports implementation of the overall situation,the survey have already carried out the sun sports,sun sports development,and improve the physical health level of students in a certain extent.She also teaches countryside middle school PE teacher,student awareness of sunshine sports in a higher degree,also has a high degree of support.3 Teachers to carry out the sun sports attitude:that the rural middle school to carry out the sun sports is necessary to the physical education teachers accounted for more than half of the total survey.And nearly half of the students extracurricular part-time training is correct is to exercise the body.7 The development of countryside junior middle school sports competition:rural area middle school sports competition is better to carry out,but the project is relatively simple,mainly track and field games,games,fun games of carrying out the reduction;school sports funds is less,thus affecting the quality of sports competitions are carried out;from the organization,plan and organization of School Physical Education Department(or sports group)overall sports implementation.8 Countryside junior middle school sports teaching situation:Taiyuan City rural area middle school sunshine sports development facing sports teacher shortage,full-time physical education teachers lack of practical problems;school sports facilities are
