A Study On People-oirented Concept Of Ideological And Political Education

People-oriented concept is the core of the scientific concept of development. Adhering topeople-oriented concept is a new requirement proposed by the Third Plenum of theCommunist Party of China. Adhering to people-oriented concept, that is, refers always to thefundamental interests of the broadest masses of people as the starting point and goal of allwork, respect, understand, care for people, to continue to meet the full demand of the people,promote the comprehensive development as the goals. he ideological and political educationis a certain social organizations or social groups carry out a planned, organized, purposefulsocial practice , by the use of ideas, ethics and political views, and other means to its members,the behavior of its members to meet the ideological and ethical requirements. As the importantmeans to guide people to the formation of correct thinking and behavior, ideological andpolitical education focus on the changes of people’s thoughts, ideas and position and theformation the world view, outlook on life and values. In China, the ideological and politicaleducation is the main content of socialist spiritual civilization, is also an important means toresolve social conflicts and problems that currently exist.Ideology and values of the people is the object of ideological and political education. Inthe new historical conditions, With the rapid popularization of the Internet and China’s reformand opening up, people enjoy greatly enriched material life and the Internet‘s convenience inaccessing to information, meanwhile, are adversely affected by different countries, ideas,culture, values. People-oriented concept provides a new way of thinking for China’sideological and political education. It requires that the ideological and political work to standin the educated point of view, see human needs as a starting point, help people to form acorrect world outlook, outlook on life and values, meanwhile, promote the improvement ofthe overall quality of people, develop human potential, and ultimately achieve comprehensivedevelopment of people. Therefore, under the guidance of scientific concept of development,studying how to adhere to people-oriented concept and continuously push forward theinnovation of the ideological and political education is important for the effectiveness ofideological and political education work.This paper researches people-oriented concept of ideological and political educationfrom the following aspects. The first part is the introduction of basic theory. It includes the purpose and significance of research, related literature review and the research idea andresearch method of this paper. The second part analyzes some basic problems ofpeople-oriented concept and ideological and political education. It includes the connotation ofpeople-oriented concept and the connotation, content, function of ideological and politicaleducation. The second part analyzes practical significance and the main content ofpeople-oriented concept of ideological and political education. In the fourth part of the article,this paper proposed some countermeasures of innovation ideological and political educationof China under the people-oriented concept.
