People-oriented thought is the inheritance and development of Marxist theory in the newperiod, is the core content of the scientific outlook on development. Is the party of Marxisthumanism theory of innovation and development, is the sublation of the traditional concept ofdevelopment. The establishment of the people-centered scientific concept of development, topromote reform and development of Chinese higher education has very important significance.The fundamental starting point and the end-result of that party’s ideological and politicaleducation for students. Human-oriented ideological and political education embodies the valueof respect for the students, to student’s subjectivity and the thirst for students all-rounddevelopment. How to adhere to the concept of scientific development in higher education ofhumanistic ideas, adhere to the "schools take the student as the main body, take teachers as themain body", is the starting point and the foothold of institutions of higher learning work, isfacing a major theoretical issue of higher school and practical task. Below this article discussesthe ideological and political education of contemporary college students in new problems andnew situation, on this basis to make in order to improve and enhance the pertinence, and stand inthe Angle of the new curriculum reform, and put forward existed in the present main problemsin ideological and political teaching content, and then corresponding countermeasures putforward.This article mainly from the following several aspects of colleges and universities thoughtpolitics theory class teaching reform to implement people-oriented concept of study this topic.First chapter is introduction part mainly starts with the research background andsignificance, raises the thoughts are the present situation of the education of contemporaryuniversity students, and then expounds from two aspects of domestic and foreign status quot,finally put forward the path and methods of the research process.The second chapter mainly is people-oriented and people-oriented concept in theideological and political theory class origin, and then analyzes the Renaissance, thepeople-oriented scientific outlook on development period, the analysis of the ideological andpolitical theory course in the meaning of people-oriented, and carry out people-oriented conceptof the characteristics of the ideological and political theory course.The third chapter is about the concept of ideological and political theory course teachingpresent situation, problems and its reason analysis, then the present situation of the reform ofideological and political education theory as follows, the first is the university is committed to improve attraction as the goal of ideological and political theory course reform, the second is theideological and political theory course reform made some achievements. The problemsincluding the attraction of ideological and political theory class is not strong, the enthusiasm ofstudents learning ideological and political theory class is not high, the teacher there is a certaindegree of loss, fail to improve actual effect of ideological and political theory course. And themain cause of the above results is the teacher’s subjectivity is not fully play, students’ initiativestudy not fully mobilized, and the quality of teaching did not cause enough attention.Is the fourth chapter discusses the college students’ ideological and political theory coursein colleges and universities adhere to the people-centered, the importance of the first is returnedin the nature of education, the second is to enhance the actual effect of education needs, is toimprove the reality of the university student demand again, the last is the necessary requirementof building a harmonious campus.Fifth chapter emphasis on people-oriented under the perspective of ideological and politicaltheory course reform measures: insist on teaching concept with the students for this strengthensthe education consciousness; On the teaching methods for subjectivity education strengthen theservice consciousness; On the effect of education pays attention to students’ all-rounddevelopment to strengthen quality consciousness.
