Aerobics in the early1980s, because of its distinctive introduced into China, the music rhythm of the exercise, passion, fitness effect of all walks of like China, especially in college courses, experienced, compulsory, specialist courses selection of transition, become major sports colleges and universities, along with the aerobics inside course (aerobics fitness aerobics, etc) and related courses (such as cheerleaders, yoga, etc) in college street, formed diversified aerobics classes in a certain extent, the course content, the aerobics abundant knowledge, but due to the aerobics has its own intellectual development of the aerobics, relevant knowledge continuously expanding the development of innovative, that constantly aerobics course shows lack of integration and state of classification, and with the education teaching reform, in order to promote the development of the aerobics is necessary in the original aerobics course system based on the good of course reform.Based on literature, questionnaire investigation, expert interview and investigation research method of artistic colleges aerobics course for the reconstruction of the theoretical part are discussed, some conclusions:A knowledge of aerobics, should include the aerobics inside course of curriculum knowledge related knowledge and calisthenics, aerobics course knowledge including fitness aerobics inside knowledge and knowledge of competitive aerobics, aerobics related courses include knowledge, knowledge and knowledge of dance yoga cheerleader knowledge, etc.Second, aerobics course "module courses" as the theoretical basis, aerobics inside course, course into fitness aerobics module and competitive calisthenics teachers from different separate module, lectures, hip-hop, yoga, the cheerleading etc and related courses, aerobics classes in aerobics specialist courses individually, formation and the course of the aerobics related courses.Due to the teaching experiment with uncertainty and continuous development, this paper USES the research methods (quantity) and questionnaire survey method of qualitative research institute of shandong sports aerobics course for the reconstruction of the experimental teaching evaluation, and draw the following conclusions: Shandong institute of physical education, to reconstruct the aerobics course teaching experiment questionnaire survey shows:(1) through the questionnaire survey to students conclusion:aerobics course reform for students to master the knowledge, skills, aerobics, and to promote the development of aerobics pointed to the fine development to have the important meaning.(2) through the questionnaire survey to teachers conclusion:aerobics course after the reconstruction of teachers’ teaching and students’ teaching ability, the pressure of learning ability, etc have, but in the process of the development of the new needs to solve the problems appeared.(3) through the examination of arts students (aerobics direction) questionnaire investigation concluded:aerobics course of reform in expanding enrolment, absorb high quality students though no direct effect, but can from the side as through the division of communication, brother of teacher’s love when recruitment degree of hospital reform to reflect the students into hospital.(2) the shandong institute of physical education curriculum reform on qualitative research aerobics:Due to the qualitative research methods for the study on the "my tool, in natural situation using a variety of methods for data collection of social phenomena are holistic and data analysis and induction and interaction theory, through to its behavior and gain understanding of the significance of constructing an explanatory activities the research purpose will not study results to relevant people, but to make a similar experience through the identity and achieve promotion.
