With high economic growth and increasing social competition in today’s society, peoplepay more attention to the educational issues. Accordingly, instructors are faced with higherpressure, accompanying with their professional burnout. Senior high school plays animportant role in the states of teenagers’development, while the working difficulty, strengthand pressure cause worse professional burnout, which touches on the continual developmentof teachers and national education cause. Thus, the existing problem of burnout amongteachers in high school and how to relieve the burnout among instructors in high school areones requiring solving immediately.Based on the achievement before, interview and reference to the documents, the papermade research about burnout existing among head teachers in senior high schools, trying toreflect its present state objectively and explain the determinative factors in it, so that somecorresponding improvement and solutions can be achieved to substantially improve theprofessional life quality in the future, and finally the teaching level of head teachers in seniorhigh schools can be fostered.This paper comes to the conclusions as follows according to abtained information:(1)The level existing among the instructors in middle school is on the high side. Fromhigh to below the level takes the form of emotional failure, individual fulfillment decreaseand deindividuation dimension.(2)On the whole, the professional pressure of high school teachers is evidently higherthan others. According to the strength of pressure( from high to below), the order is workingload, examination stress, job expentancy, self-development need, students element and familycommunication.(3)The professional pressure of middle school teachers and its root are related to theprofessional burnout, emotional failure and depersonalization, which is in the outstandinglevel.(4)The female teachers in middle school enjoy more pressure from the professioncompared to male colleagues. However, the difference is not evident. Among the sources of pressure, male teachers score higher than female ones in professional expectancy.(5)There is a trend that the pressure and burnout existing among the middle schoolschange with the increasing ages, and there is something to do with the professionalevaluation.(6)Professional burnout is concerned about the teaching subjects of teachers and headinsructors. And on the whole, science teachers enjoy higher level than arts teachers.(7)The burnout level is related to the grade that the head teacher belongs to. And thedetail is that burnout level in grades one and two is higher than in grade three, the differenceis not significant generally, however.To improve the present status of burnout existing among the instructors and headteachers in senior high schools, the society, school, and instructors themselves should make ajoin effort, in order that a good teaching and educating environment will be created, and thesocial position, sense of fulfillment and the sense of mission of the instructors will beimproved. With the result that the initiative of the teachers is fostered, the teaching professionwill be developing healthily and continually, and the burnout level will be reduced effectively.Besides, the instructors should give full play to the initiative, improve individualself-cultivation, learn to change their mindsets, and decrease the harmful inclination facedwith difficulties and drawbacks, aiming to be a middle school instructor with good heart,lofty ideals, and complete devotion.
