New curriculum advocated the concept of cooperation andexchange of learning, cooperation and exchange in the classroomteaching mainly through the ways of discussion to achieve, throughmutual cooperation to explore, mutual absorption of students toimprove the breadth and depth of students’ thinking. As a languagesubject, it has a unique multidisciplinary nature, unlike naturalscientific disciplines, such as mathematics, physics, chemistry,geography.The classroom needs more improvisation passion, thecollision of ideas, brilliant performances, while the class discussion isthe stage in the classroom. Language teaching should strictly adhereto the language features of the subject and the laws of languagelearning, to establish classroom teaching mechanism in the"discussion". To enable students to play in the enthusiasm andinitiative state. Students should be learning in a relaxed, pleasant andwarm atmosphere to improve the language learning abilitycontinuously.This study aims to provide a scientific and feasible evaluationscale for classroom discussion of the effectiveness of middle schoollanguage classroom, as a basis to guide the teachers ’classroom, thereby increasing the discussion of the effectiveness of theactivities, and ultimately to promote students’ learning effectiveness.The significance of this study is to further standardize the theoreticalbasis of the design and implementation of the rich language ofclassroom teaching in the teaching practice of teachers forclassroom discussion and enrich the classroom teaching theoreticalsystem, deepen the reform of teacher education. Meet the needs ofsecondary school language teachers on classroom teaching progress,the operation of secondary school language teachers classroomdiscussion provide specific guidance to promote the professionaldevelopment of teachers of first-line language; to provide a realisticbasis and recommendations for schools and education authorities todevelop teacher training policies to better teacher training,strengthening the teaching staff.This study used the literature, to the factor group method,classroom observation, interview and questionnaire survey. Ultimately determine thesecondary language classrooms to discuss the validity of theevaluation scale, and pointed out its use.
