" Cooperative teaching method" in relation to our traditionalknowledge based teaching method, is a new teaching mode. It is themain teaching form in the cooperative group as the basic unit ofclassroom teaching activities, so as to make full use of variousdynamic factors in the teaching process so that all students can makeinteractive learning, and then in the autonomous learning,cooperative learning and fully arouse students’ enthusiasm,ultimately improve students’ exploring ability objective. The articlewith " cooperative study" teaching method and high schoolgymnastics teaching as the research object, demonstration of"cooperative study" teaching method in high school gymnasticsteaching practical feasibility and relative to the traditional teachingof the advantages of high school gymnastics teaching, so as toprovide scientific and efficient teaching method and mode, ultimatelyfor the high school physical education curriculum teaching reform oftheoretical and empirical basis.Based on the literature method, observation method, questionnaire,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics method, as themain research methods, from Linfen in the first grade2 classes arerandomly selected a total of 111 people as the object of study. Theprevious roll, backward, shoulder and elbow handstand, cartwheel four technical movements as the research content, using cooperativeinquiry teaching method and traditional teaching method on the fourtechnical action teaching experiment, in a full grasp of the basis ofdata, through the experimental class and control class comparison,analysis of " cooperative study" in Teaching method in students’physical quality, basic gymnastics movement techniques, interest inlearning, students’ cooperative consciousness the four indicators ofthe impact, further proof of" cooperative study" teaching method inhigh school gymnastics teaching the feasibility and superiority of the.In this paper, through scientific analysis and study, reached thefollowing conclusions:First, in improving students’ physical quality, cooperative inquiryteaching method is better than the traditional teaching method hasmore advantages. The experimental data show: with the traditionalteaching method of the control group during the experimental period,physical quality indexes of increase and decrease value is:1.04,1.59,1.05,0.73,0.79; and in experimental class after a test period,physical quality indicators of increase and decrease value:4.12,4.96,2.67,1.52,1.63. Analogously, the" cooperative study"teaching method for improving students’ physical quality moreeffectively.In second, gymnastics technology, test after the experimental classand the control class forward test scores were 79.16,77.56, and therewas no significant difference, but the students in the experimentalclass in the back flip, shoulder and elbow handstand, cartwheel testfor 76.11,77.61,73.98; higher than that of the controlclass73.04,74.30,69.94and significant differences exist, description of cooperative inquiry teaching method’s implementation is moreconducive to students in Gymnastics Technical mastery.In third, after the test, the control class the study interest inexperiment and no major changes, and the use of cooperative inquiryteaching method teaching of the experimental class in their studyinterest in experiment the index before and after are very significant,because cooperative inquiry teaching cannot only let students get toplay, but more important is the study through their own thinking andhard work experience to the success of the happy, thus arousing theenthusiasm of the students, the students to experience the joy ofmovement.Fourth, cooperative inquiry teaching method is better than thetraditional teaching method pay more attention to the development ofstudents’ cooperative consciousness. The experimental results ofexperimental class students in cooperative learning scored anaverage of 3.57, higher than that of the control class2.64and have avery significant difference. This is because the cooperative inquiryteaching method can make students better overcome the traditionalself-centered mental disorder, effectively promote the studentssocialization, interpersonal skills enhancement, to establish the goodinterpersonal relationship.
