Children and adolescents,as the successors of China's socialist cause,their physical health has always been the focus of continuous concern of the public.In recent years,due to the emphasis on sports from all walks of life,the physical fitness and development level of students have improved to a certain extent,but the overall level is not high,and obesity and myopia are developing toward young age.Introducing happy gymnastics into schools can transform the school's competitive gymnastics model,increase children's interest in gymnastics through entertainment teaching,adopt scientific intervention methods to enhance students 'physical fitness,and cultivate students' lifelong sports awareness and exercise habits.Therefore,from the perspective of physical health,this article studies the effect of happy gymnastics on the physical health of first-year students,so as to better promote the popularization of happy gymnastics.Research method: This article takes happy gymnastics as an intervention method and selects 30 happy gymnastics club members from Model Primary School in Jinghai District,Tianjin for 14 weeks of happy gymnastics intervention based on the physical and mental development characteristics of first-year students.At the same time,30 students from other non-sports clubs in our school were selected as controls.Before and after the experiment,the 60 subjects were tested for body shape,function and fitness.Research results:(1)After 14 weeks of experimental intervention,boys and girls in the experimental group have significantly improved in the three indicators of sitting forward flexion,20-second repetitive lateral jump and right-foot closed eyes one-leg standing.Height and weight and one-minute sit-ups did not change significantly;(2)The gender differences between boys and girls also had different effects on various indicators.For example,boys '50-meter sprint performance has a very significant difference.The vital capacity index and the left foot 's closed-eye one-legged stand are significantly improved;while the girl 's left foot closed-eye one-legged stand are significantly improved,the 50-meter sprint result Significantly improved,there was no significant change in the vital capacity index;(3)By comparing the growth valuesof the participating and non-competing members of the experimental group,the difference between the growth values of the male and female members of the participating and non-competing members before and after the experiment was: the vital capacity was 31.5 and 5.83 ml,50-meter sprint time is shortened by 0.4 and 0.59 seconds,sit-ups are 1.66 and 1,seat body forward flexion is 0.84 and 3.1 cm,and20-second repeated lateral jumps are 0.5 and 5.83;0.76 and 1.29 seconds;right foot is0.12 and 1.37 seconds.It was found that the improvement in the physical qualities of the participating members of the experimental group was higher than that of the non-competing members.Research conclusion:(1)The 14-week weekly happy gymnastics course can significantly improve the speed,flexibility,sensitivity and balance ability of the first-level students,but the effect on height,weight and strength is not obvious;(2)the boys ' Physical function and speed are better than girls,and girls are more flexible and balanced than boys;(3)Three times a week of happy gymnastics exercises are more effective for the development of students' physical fitness;(4)Happy gymnastics grade 6 The prescribed movements conform to the characteristics of first-year students' developmental exercises,and it is recommended to popularize and promote them.Research suggestions:(1)"Happy Gymnastics Grade Exercise Standard" conforms to the characteristics of adolescents' physical and mental development and sports,and can be introduced into schools for promotion and popularization;(2)Although the first-year students targeted by this study have achieved good teaching results,However,in the actual teaching and promotion,specific analysis is needed;(3)It is not enough to rely on students 'interest in learning happy gymnastics,schools,teachers and parents should give students more support;(4)happiness The gymnastics club should increase the promotion of happy gymnastics and let more parents and children understand the sport.
