China’s market economy has gradually improved and rapid economic development in the spring breeze of reform and opening up. People life and level of consume gradually improved day by day, however, this was accompanied by a variety of social problems have become increasingly prominent. As far as our country basic situation, large population, economic development extremely disequilibrium, economic development mode have not changed into intensive economy, which have much distance for achieving overall well-off society. The concept of saving and diligence are being diluted, meanwhile, because of affection of west countries’consumption, which caused a series of unhealthy consume way which are disobedient Chinese economic development situation. There are many unhealthy life modes of peacock and luxurious etc. which had became obstacle during economic development. Consumption culture is an important part of Chinese culture, we should emphasize it and promote contemporary economic development which basic of Chinese proper consume culture.They are affected by the unhealthy consumption trend in society and unhealthy atmosphere and companion, especially they are get incontinent fund from their parent,90’students who are just entering university, and usually talk about famous brands, like to crazy completely each other, love vanity and so on. Which is being serious gradually and their consumption value orientation is being deviation. The college students are prospect of our country, they are important human resource to realize socialistic modernization。Therefore, their ideas and traditional behavior directly affect the orient of social development, and even our country tomorrow. If university could timely and systematically carry out students’ consumption ethics education, it will help them form healthy consumption psychology and establish correct outlook of life value, which have important effect for their study, life even the later work. This paper deeply study undergraduate consumption ethics, and demonstrate necessary for undergraduate should establish correct, fair consumption ethic. we product ideal effect on consume ethical conception of college students, which need to coordinate and cooperate by family, social and school; as far as building harmonious social is concerned, we make analysis for full aspects of four subsystems of school,family, social and college students. In the end, we make detailed discussion for how to cultivate undergraduate correct consumption ethical concept.This paper in-depth study college students consumption ethics, which discuss from four parts definitely:first parts, introduction topic selected background,meaning and researching current situation among domestic and oversea; second parts, discussing related notion and theory of this paper, concrete notion:consumption ethics,consumption ethics education. We introduce consumption ethics education view of domestic and oversea respectively, and research the consumption ethics education from psychological view; third parts, according to investigation and researching result,and sum up the characteristics of college consumption behavior, then analyze the ethical issues and reasons behinds consumption behavior; finally, Proposed the idea of the correct consumer ethics education on college students. First described the status of consumer ethics education, and then build harmonious students Consumer Education goals, discussed in detail from the content and basic approach. This paper aims to construct a school and family and social students a harmonious system of the individual, on College Students’Consumer ethics education.
