Informationalization of teacher education is an important part of education informatization, and also an important force to promote the development of education informatization.Explore how to use information technology to build a teacher education model, which train the teachers the ability to make rational use of IT, is an important goal of teacher education now. And the culture of reflective teachers who have high reflective consciousness and certain ability and a good habit to reflect, has become another important goal of teacher education. Educational practice is an extremely important aspect of teacher education, which has a direct impact on the quality of teacher education and even a significant impact on the entire teaching career of the normal school students. However, Replacement teaching pratice is becoming the main form of educational practice. So, It is necessary that the culture of reflective teachers should penetrate into the process of replacement teaching practice with information technology to train the teacher students the ability to reflect and reflection habits.After investigation, the study found that most of the normal school students had strong reflective consciousness, but lack of reflective ability. The study also found that the students had urgent need for providing guidance to their reflection and provide convenient communication support. According to the special environment, this study used information technology, just like using Adobe AIR to develop a client program to build a convenient record of reflection support, synchronizing with the Discuz forum and then combined with Sina weibo to constitute a convenient exchange of reflection, to design and implement the reflection supported system for normal school students in replacement teaching practice.Based on the literature analysis, this study studied the theory and practice of reflective teaching, replacement teaching practice, educational practice support systems, also investigated current situation of normal school students’ reflection and the necessity and feasibility of building the reflection support system. Ultimately this study builded a reflection support system model, and develop and implement the support system. Through Questionnaire after the trial, this study preliminary investigation and analysis the effect of this system.This study has shown that the reflection support system provide a convenient support for the reflection of normal school students in the replacement teaching pratice, and promote the effective communication between the colleague or pratice instructor and the normal school students, and have a positive effects of forming the reflective habit and improving the ability of reflection for normal school students in the replacement teaching practice.
