Study On The Reform Of Austrian Apprenticeship Vocational Education And Training Since The 21th Century

Austrian apprenticeship vocational education and training is an important part in Austrian middle vocational education and training, and the reformation of it has been became a key realm in order to promote the development of vocational education and training in Austria. The reformation of apprenticeship training in Austria since the 21th century is the object of this study. The reforming background and content as this study’s important part, and at the same time, on the base of this part to relate and analyze the characteristics and achievement, finally, To expect gain something about useful enlightenment for the development and reformation of our country, which as this paper’s study purpose.The paper is composed by six main sections.The first section is mainly on the background and significance of the study as well as the research content ideas and methods, which include the literature summarizing about the reformation of Austrian apprenticeship vocational education and training in our country and abroad.The second section describes the general situation of Austria and its education background.The third part is late to the reforming setting of Austrian apprenticeship vocational education and training since the 21th century.The fourth section describes the reforming contents of Austrian apprenticeship vocational education and training since the 21th century.The fifth section studies the reforming characteristics and achievement of Austrian apprenticeship vocational education and training since the 21th century.The six part is this paper’s study aim:To expect gain something about useful enlightenment for the development and reformation of our country.
