Australia’s Technical and Further Education has made remarkable achievementsin the word, it has been widely recognized around the world. Apprenticeship as aspecial way of Technical Vocational Education and Training in Australia has a longhistory, it plays an important role in the development in Australia.Australia from1998implementation of the "New Apprenticeship" program, the integration of the previous"apprenticeship" and "traineeship" system. With the adjustment of industrial structureand economic globalization, Labor market changes, the industry requires a lot ofcompanies skilled personnel to meet the production needs. Therefore, the governmentaccelerated the Australian Vocational Education and Training Reform. Developed a"shape the future-2004-2010National Vocational Education and Training Strategy",Government promulgated the "realization of the skills of the Australian labor bill"in2005.Act on the national strategy and the "new apprenticeship system" put forwardhigher requirements. The federal government, the states and territories on the basis ofthe national strategy and began to reform the bill on "New Apprenticeship"ExpertPanel released a paper about “A shared responsibility Apprenticeship for the21stCentury in2011.It begins officially a new round of reform. To meet the needs of thesocial and economic development, training highly skilled personnel, implemented by“Australian labor armed by skills”. Apprenticeship has a long history in our country.Through the Australian apprenticeship studies about its reform,provides somereferences for the construction of our modern apprenticeships. This paper consists offive parts:The first part introduces this article discusses the purpose and significance of thetopic is based, as well as research, research methods and ideas.On previous researchon the "New Apprenticeships in Australia" reform generalize commentary, technicaland further education, apprenticeships and the new concept of apprenticeship has been defined.The second part of the background of Australia apprenticeship reform, analyzesthe social background of its development history, current situation and reform analysisshows the necessity and urgency of the Australian Apprenticeship.The third section discusses the objectives of Australia "New Apprenticeships"reform, reform of the content, the reform of the system for the protection of theestablishment of a national quality committee, established a new Quality ManagementDistrict, issued regulations and other measures to ensure the smooth progress ofreform.The fourth section analyze and summarize Australia "New Apprenticeships"reform achievements,experience,elaborate features Australia’s "New Apprenticeships"reforms, such as adequate financial support, focusing on advocacy, and otherindustry-leading enterprises.Finally, the fifth part of the paper, revelation describes Australia "NewApprenticeships" reforms to China reveals that China should establish their ownapprenticeship; increase the attractiveness and improve quality; enterprise-based,emphasizing corporate responsibility; attention to individual students learn life skillsand other aspects.
