Research On Cultural Cultivation Of Entrepreneurial For Higher Vocational Colleges

As the main institute of enacting higher vocational education, higher vocational education aims at cultivating calibers with high quality and application skills. With the gradual increasing of the number of graduates, it is necessary for higher vocational colleges to pay attention to not only education, but also the employment of graduates. Through enterprise, students can solve the employment problem and also offer job opportunity for society, which embodies their own social value. Therefore, it is a necessity to breed enterprise culture and make it become the direction for students" enterprise activities.This research consists of four chapters. Chapter One is the introduction, mainly introducing the background, significance, outline, method and literature review of this research.Chapter Two explains the connotation of cultural cultivation for enterprise in higher vocational colleges, and discusses its definitions, characteristics, necessity and feasibility.Chapter Three summarize the problems existed in cultural cultivation for enterprise culture in higher vocational colleges, through survey and literature review. And with further research, this paper found there are problems because of the deviation of self-employment value. And it does not combine with other related culture and is influenced by feudalism thoughts. So it needs improvement. Chapter Four is conclusion, mainly expressing the specific measures based on cultural value theory. The measures includes:to improve the understanding of enterprise culture, to combine enterprise cultural with higher vocational education, strengthen the construction of enterprise subjects and optimize the structure of enterprise culture.
