If the studies to classroom culture only stay in the description of phenomena and have no discussion to these class phenomena, we can know the class realities that are in the background of the new curricula reformation but have no deeper understanding to the classes. Only we have deep explanation on the basis of the description of class phenomena and find the sprits of the class phenomena, can we know the essence of the classes.Therefore, this study firstly adopts qualitative research method and conducted a field research to obtain the descriptive data of N primary school in my hometown including classroom substances, obvious and potential class system, dynamic classroom teaching activities. Then on the basis of the description of external class phenomena, this study has a deeper explanation and discussion in order to get the ways of thinking, values, feeling and behavioral tendency of teachers and students that is unseen but can be felt when we come into the classroom.There are three parts in this paper:The first part is the Introduction. This part includes: the statement of the reason why the author chose this theme and the importance of this study; the analysis of the related research; the introduction to the design of this research; The second part is the main body of this paper, it has a description of external class phenomena including the class substances, the external and underlying class system and dynamic teaching and learning activities and have a deep discussion to them; The third part is the Conclusion and Consideration, the problems that the classroom culture in N town elementary school has are as follows:the way of thinking is uniform and neglect the personal needs; the values are paying more attention to students’results and neglect the humanistic care to the children; the feeling tendency is pursue the city life but flee the rural; the behavioral tendency is emphasize on teachers’authority but neglect the students’rights.The reasons for these problems are:traditional culture; rural culture; school culture.
