University teachers’ teaching evaluation system is the important component of college teaching management system and a important reference point of university teachers’ teaching. But because the recent years administrators are too defer to tool rationality, pursuit the efficiency, scientific and standardization, the teachers’teaching evaluation put too much emphasis on method of quantitative evaluation, making the teaching evaluation system’s humanistic value was missing. Teachers’s "human" value was disguised. This paper based on this problem, analyzed the basic value of system, argues that human nature hypothesis is the basic of the system’s logical basis, such as the teaching evaluation system.This paper argues that essence of education is to pursue good, teaching activities live in the education field, have the subject of morality. So teachers’ humanity hypothesis is ought to be a moral man. This paper analyzes the connotation of the moral man, considered that the foundation of moral man is good, and the core of moral man is altruism. in the system, the moral man shows subjectivity self-discipline, and Pursue development-oriented. So we explore the current teaching evaluation system in main body, index system and application results, thinking that in the current teaching evaluation system, teachers’main body status was objectived; Teaching evaluation index system of the system take too much stress on constraint teacher behavior, has not given teacher moral self-discipline activity space; The current teaching evaluation system of result was used to rewards and punishments teachers,lack of teaching results feedback, so caused the teachers’ teaching evaluation system of result following utilitarianism. This deviation is influence teachers’ teaching evaluation system effectiveness of the key.The main innovation point in this paper is using human nature assumption for perspective to explor the value of teachers’ teaching evaluation system. At present such studies is in minority in our country.It can not deny that to study the system in human nature assumption perspective help further clear the institutional ethics domain, and also help improve Teachers teaching evaluation system in practice.
