Quality education’s requirement for all students is to improve the quality of the students. The core idea is to make each student obtain the development. The current standard of English courses of the basic idea explicitly pointed out,"The course emphasis specially to pay close attention to each student’s emotional, to stimulate their interest in learning English, to help them build learning sense of achievement and self-confidence, to cultivate preliminary communication capability of using English". Our school is a rural ordinary junior middle school."The problem of students having difficulties in English learning has gradually become a big problem on the development of our school. The present dissertation is just one of the fruits produced in the reality background.The article consists of five partsThe first part is introduction. It mainly discusses the origin of this topic, the research present situation of the domestic, foreign and the study of the theory and practice value and research methods and process. It is defined to students having difficulties and students having difficulties in English learning. It clears up the basic thought of the research.The Second part is on characteristics of students having difficulties in English learning in the countryside junior middle school. Their cognitive level is lower and cognitive ability is worse.There are serious psychological problems to the students having difficulties in English learning. They are lack of interest in learning English, short of the power from themselves. They are short of learning habit effectively.The Third part is on the cause of formation analysis to the students having difficulties in English learning in the countryside junior middle school. It includes students weariness, inferiority, unknown how to learn; teachers’improper teaching way; traditional obsolete evaluation ways of school; rural family is lack of English learning environment.The Forth part is on the principle of transformation to the students having difficulties in English learning in the countryside junior middle school. It includes taking care of principle, the principle of education in accordance with individual differences, developing principles and the principle of equality between teachers and students.The Fifth part is on the countermeasures to the students having difficulties in English learning in the countryside junior middle school. Teacher should stimulate their interest, motivation and thirst for knowledge in learning English, find out their advantage, rebuild their self-confidence, cultivate good habits of study, strengthen the formation of English learning strategies, lead them joyful growth with the teacher’s love, use a scientific and effective developmental multiple evaluation mechanism, guide rural family creating English learning environment, reach the purpose of the countermeasures to the students having difficulties in English learning in the countryside junior middle school finally.
