New curriculum reform and quality education requires Chinese teachers to accept more advanced the idea of reading teaching, such as inquiry reading, experience reading, individualized reading and so on, and apply it to the teaching practice. However from the Chinese language reading teaching actual effect of reading teaching in the teaching process, there are still inefficient, ineffective or even negative effect phenomenon. How in the limited classroom teaching activities to change this situation, depending on the quality of the Chinese teacher’s discretion. Therefore, Chinese teachers’ good quality level on Chinese reading teaching plays a vital role in.This thesis is divided into four chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, including:questions and significance of research, definition of related concepts, research status and research methods. In the second chapter of Chinese Reading Teaching in Teachers’ accomplishment of specific content, including:the Chinese reading teaching has deep feelings, with solid professional knowledge structure, with skilled professional teaching skills. The third chapter is the language teachers in the teaching of reading literacy problem research, including:education idea is not clear, heavy practice than theory; self-reflective ability; teaching methods single, stress test. The fourth chapter is to improve the Chinese teachers’ reading teaching of goal attainment strategies, including the growth of intelligent teachers, for the growth of knowledge teacher, for the growth of innovative teachers.
