An Analysis Of Contemporary College Students' Career Choice Education

Employment has a vital bearing on the people's livelihood,College students who are trained to master new technology and new ideas,are expecting to be laborers in a new era,whose employment is of great significance to the development of the society as a whole production.College graduates' views on job selection is the concrete manifestation of students' world outlook,views of life and values in choosing a job issues.Therefore,how to achieve a higher quality of college students is closely connected with college students' views on job selection.At present,college students show positive changes of independent career consciousness of strengthening,competition 'awareness;at the same time,there are also some problems such as lack of innovation spirit and entrepreneurship consciousness and choosing 'obvious tendency towards utilitarianism,which run counter to socialist core values.As a result,it is urgent to educate students on views of job selection.However,some problems in college students' job selection views greatly depends on the deficiency of job selection education by social environment,schools,families,and college students themselves.Hence,it is necessary to strengthen education on views of job selection.This paper consists of six parts.In the introduction part,the following items will be analyzed:background of research,research significances,relevant studies at home and abroad,research methods,the new angle of this paper and the disadvantages of previous studies.In the second part,the concept of views of job selection and education on views of job selection will be presented.And then the characteristic and function of views of job selection will be analyzed as well as the content and meaning of education on views of job selection will be presented,which is the theoretical basis of researching the current situation of views of job selection and finding problems of education on views of job selection.As for the third part of this paper,based on a large number of relevant data and facts,we can analyze both the positive performance and problems of the current college students' job selection views,which indicate that it is urgent to strengthen college students' job selection views education.In the fourth part of this paper,in order to find the problems in views of job selection education,this research will be taken from four aspects: school,family,social environment,and students themselves.In the fifth part of this paper,based on problems existing in education of views on job selection,suggestions will be provided from four aspects: first,optimize the social environment;second.innovate the education methods in schools;third,pay more attention to family education;fourth,advocate the self-education of views of job selection.In the conclusion part,it mainly summarize the first five parts.By researching the education of views of job selection,it is helpful to develop the education methods and contents on job selection,enriching the views of jobselection educational theory.In addition,it guides college students set up a right views of job selection,which leads to a higher quality of employment and promotes students' optimal allocation of labor resources.
