Study On The City Of Community Work Under Electronic Public Services

The rise of the network society makes today’s society involve in the flow ofnetwork and information, and especially has a profound influence on the life of cityresidents. Community is the city cell, and is one of the most basic city functional area.The urban rapid development is inseparable from the community, which is alsogradually to information way. At the same time, our country is in the social transitionand the social mobility accelerating period, the contradiction and conflict highlights,and urban social problem is becoming more and more serious. Along with the socialproblems and the community residents’ urgent needs of community service, itpromotes the production of modern community work. So in this tendency, the study ofurban community work more realistic and pertinence.Electronic Government Affairs is the result of information times, China’sgovernment has put the electronic government affairs as the bibcock ofinformatization. In the establishment of China’s socialist market economicbackground,the government should improve efficiency, competitiveness, and responseforce and rapidly change functions. It should better adapt to economic and socialdevelopment of the reality needs through the information. The electronic governmentaffairs, which essence is the electronic public services, provides is not only popularand public welfare, nonprofit service, and the public service in the social servicecontents, but also social security, employment, health care, traffic, environmentalprotection and many other services.This paper mainly aims at the relationship, from the social work perspective,between urban community work and electronic public service, namely in electronicpublic service under the background of urban community work research. This paperfirst to explain and analysis the electronic government affairs and public serviceelectronic, and summarize the community work and urban community work theory,practice and development trend. Secondly, this paper studys the relationship betweenelectronic public service and city community work.The author thinks that, to explore the role and impact of electronic public service for the urban community work; tobring the urban community work methods and ideas to apply to the electronic publicservice; how to develop good urban community work in electronic public servicebackground and how to coordinate and adjustment of the research value between citysocial network and electronic public services.From the aspect of discussion content, although electronic public service and theurban community work exists docking, however, electronic public service can’treplace the existing city community work what is in developing, yet it plays theauxiliary and coordination role. In the same time, considering city community workneeds to adapt to the social network and information, combine with electronic publicservice to improve the service quality of the community work. Thus, we need to buildup a service system which cooperates with electronic public service and citycommunity work, to consider the relationship between both, to solve communityproblems, to strengthen community service, to maintain social stability, to promotethe residents of community participation in consciousness and community recognition,and to really promote community development, to provide conforms to thecommunity residents benefits and social development trend of city community work.
