Along with the rapid development of economy in our country, the technology constantly updated, our education come to the spring of informatization. As a teacher, only have the necessary information technology application ability can we will be adapt to the informatization easily when we faced with all kinds of new technologies. The 《Modern Education technology application》 course as a kind of public course for free normal students aims to teach the teacher’s information technology application ability, it have a great responsibility, but because of some conditions such as many students, different majors, little course time, poor hardware equipment, the performance of this course is low, especially the interactive whiteboard experimental project. Author thinks that there are so many problems about this experimental project through survey and observing. On one hand, the evaluation of this experimental is easy, not comprehensive,the evaluation items is easy, language description is fuzzy; on the other hand, teaching strategy is not adapt to the classroom. As a result, this paper try to solve the two problems and do two things listed as follows in this paper:No1. the evaluation of interactive whiteboard rubric design; No2.the improvement of teaching strategy about the interactive whiteboard experimental project.In this paper, the major research method is Literature research\Questionnaire survey\quasi-experimental study, Investigation and interview method\video analysis method are the next major research methods. In part three, author design a suit evaluation rubric about interactive whiteboard experimental project based on the Bloom’s Target classification theory and Standard of the Primary and secondary school teachers information technology application ability. There are three child rubrics named Interactive whiteboard experimental project self-assessment rubric\Academic resources making evaluation guiding rubric\Group work process evaluation recording rubric. In part four, according to the suit evaluation rubric, author improves the teaching strategy, and tries to build a new teaching model about the interactive whiteboard experimental project. In part five, apply this model to the interactive whiteboard classroom by a quasi-experimental study, and analysis of experimental data.Through the research, the following conclusions are summed up. Nol.A good evaluation rubric must according to some design rules for itself scientific; No2.Learning performances about the interactive whiteboard experimental project need a good rubric and some good teaching method. No3.This new model can greatly improve the learning performance about interactive whiteboard experimental project.
