Since the world enters into the 21st century,“developing the lifelong education,towards a learning society " is the trend of educational development of theinternational community and it is also the direction of China’s educational reform anddevelopment. December 2002, the 16th Party Congress promotes the“form auniversal learning、lifelong learning and learning society, in order to promote people’scomprehensive development”historic mission, and as the whole Party and people’sgoal important contents " comprehensively building a moderately prosperous society "The 17th Party Congress in October 2007 re-emphasized the construction of alearning society, " all people to have education. To fulfil the lifelong education,depends on community education as an important part of it;“all people to haveeducation”is also depends on community education to expand the broad and deep; tocreate a learning society, also depends on community education as a fundamental way.The community is a relatively complete social entity, it is also the cell and the basis ofour society, which includes the most basic content of the social organism, amicrocosm of the macro-social, is a relatively complete functional entity. Societyconstruction rely on the construction of community, urban community building a solidfoundation for building a socialist harmonious society, the community education inthe community is the strong support of the community building. Therefore strengthenthe spread of community education of the community is the development of the times,is the social’s development needs.In this thesis, the Chang Jiangbei Community of huanggu Shenyang City as anexample, research、analyze the path of the development of community education.Specifically, starting from the status analysis of community education development ;following by empirical research on the Chang Jiangbei Community’s education statusquo, that is the questionnaire-based, using self analysis of the status quo of thecommunity public knowledge questionnaire and literature retrieval method andstudying. Questionnaire is mainly including the main carrier of communityeducation,the form of community education, especially in the understanding of theeffect of community education, analysis of the results of the Chang Jiangbeicommunity education, analysis the problem of the Chang Jiangbei communityeducation,and summarize the major dilemmas of the development of ChangJiangbei community education ,finally, On this basis, to put forward countermeasuresand suggestions. The first chapter is to Introduce and interpret the background of this study, therelating research, the significance, the research ideas and the research methods. Thesecond chapter discusses the basic theory of community education from a theoreticalpoint of view, including the content, feature and value of community education.Chapter three is the community education survey through a questionnaire on theChang jiangbei community, and comprehensive analyse the problems of communityeducation in science, On this basis, and then the fourth chapter advance suggestions asfollows: enrich the community education content; improve the quality of communityeducation; at the same time government should strengthen the management of thecommunity, increase community funding, and coordinate resource.
