Since the beginning of the 21 st century,with the rising voice of lifelong education,lifelong learning and the construction of a learning society,community education,as an important part of lifelong education and an important position of the construction of a learning society,has become increasingly prominent.Since the rise of community education in China in the 1980 s,a series of policies have been issued from the national level to the local level,and some places have also introduced special legislation to give them some policy concern.Under the continuous promotion of the policy,the community education in China has made certain achievements,which are shown as follows: under the care and support of the policy,a large number of experimental and demonstration areas have been established,and unique projects and brands with unique local flavor have been formed;a top-down vertical management system and educational institution network have been established,and a certain online and offline resource service platform has been established,However,there are still some problems in the practical development of community education in China,such as the lack of full coverage and close penetration of the pattern of social scale,the imbalance of regional development;the lack of attention of governments at all levels,the low participation in community education,and the weak support;the unreasonable investment mechanism of community education funds,resulting in a serious shortage of funds and serious system about the development of community education;community education has not yet formed the socialized promotion trend of social multi-body participation,such as the low openness of schools to the community,especially the concept of University participation in community education has not been established;as the supply of public products of community education,the grass-roots organizations of non-governmental organizations have not been activated,and their enthusiasm to participate in community education is not high.Therefore,in the era of lifelong education and learning oriented society construction,this paper puts forward specific measures for further development of community education,such as strengthening the institutionalized construction,improving the legislative system to ensure the normal and healthy development of community education with strong system supply and rigid promotion,promoting public governance,implementing good governance,and building multiple subjects(government,enterprises and institutions non-governmental organizations and individual citizens)participate in the community education governance pattern to stimulate social vitality;strengthen the construction of human and property resources to ensure the abundant supply of community education resources;clarify the target orientation of community education,based on the survival,life and life value orientation,strengthen the development of community education curriculum;based on the background of the aging age of population and the international strategy of active aging Wild,pay attention to the nerve end of life-long education,vigorously carry out community education for the elderly.This study is not only helpful to improve the lifelong education system,promote the further development of the concept of lifelong education,but also to promote the maturity and high-level development of community education,improve the development level and social effectiveness of community education,and more helpful to meet the requirements of social development on Community Education in the new era.It can be said that the essence of this study and the theme of the new era are the same It helps to solve the multiple contradictions of social development in the new era and promote the construction of a harmonious society.Committed to the healthy and sustainable development of community education in practice from the perspective of life-long education,this paper studies systematically from the following five aspects:The first part: introduction.The main contents include: researchbackground,research purpose and significance,research trends at home and abroad,research content and research methods,research innovation points,etc.The second part: overview of the development of community education from the perspective of lifelong education.First of all,it summarizes the background,connotation,characteristics and value orientation of very lifelong education.Secondly,it summarizes the background,connotation,characteristics and value orientation of community education.Thirdly,it discusses the relationship between life-long education and community education and the significance of community education development from the perspective of Chinese education.The third part: the realistic basis of the development of community education in China from the perspective of lifelong education.The specific contents include:(1)government led and policy led.(2)integrate resources and build a service platform.(3)three dimensional construction and multiple operation modes.(4)create a learning culture atmosphere and a learning community.(5)Typical demonstration and project leading.The fourth part: the problems in promoting community education in China from the perspective of lifelong education.The specific contents include:(1)unbalanced development.(2)governments at all levels do not pay enough attention to community education.(3)lack of funds.(4)The school is not open enough to the community.(5)the participation of non-governmental organizations is not enough.The fifth part: the promotion strategy of community education in China from the perspective of lifelong education.The specific contents include:(1)strengthen the legislative construction,strengthen the system thrust.(2)strengthen government behavior and give full play to the overall leading role of the government.(3)strengthen the opening of schools to the community and promote the interaction between schools and the community.(4)Strengthen the construction of system and mechanism,and promote the participation of non-governmental organizations in community education.(5)Increase resource construction and consolidate basic support.(6)based on the three-dimensional value orientation,strengthen the curriculum development.(7)pay attention to the end of the chain and vigorously develop community education for the elderly.
