Research On Higher Vocational Educationion And Regional Economic Coordinated Development Of Shaanxi Province

At present, the development of higher vocational education as an important part ofhigher education has entered a rapid and stable development track, and economic and socialrelations have become closer. Higher vocational education and the regional economy, industry,and the link between jobs is the most direct, most closely related to higher education, so howto get the positive interaction of higher vocational education and regional economicdevelopment is a problem worthy of profound study.Characteristics of regional economic development in Shaanxi Province, Shaanxi HigherVocational Education of the new opportunities and challenges. In this case, to understandthe status of the development of higher vocational education in Shaanxi Province, toanalyze the coordination between its regional economic development of Shaanxi Province.In this paper, the use of the relationship between the theory of the economics of educationamong the higher occupational education and regional economic development, through theliterature, empirical analysis and comparative analysis approach, combined with the currentsituation of Shaanxi’s economic construction and development information, the informationof the status of the development of higher vocational education in Shaanxi Province analysisand sorting, discusses the problems in the Shaanxi Higher vocational education andeconomic construction and development, to address these issues and put forwardcorresponding countermeasures, making the higher vocational education in ShaanxiProvince to the optimal state of development services to the development of the localeconomy. The article is divided into four parts, as follows:The first part introduces the research background of this study, purpose and meaning,and discusses related research at home and abroad, and defines the core concepts.The second part focuses on higher vocational education and regional economicdevelopment coordination mechanism for development.The third part analyzes the situation of Shaanxi regional economic development as wellas the demand for talent, collation and analysis of relevant data, discusses the scale ofdevelopment of Shaanxi higher vocational education, professional structure, and educationalstatus; Shaanxi Higher Vocational Education coordinated regional economic developmentbetween the problems for analysis. The fourth part of the analysis focused on the front, a clear orientation, Shaanxi HigherVocational Education to improve school conditions, adjust the specialty structure, andspecific recommendations to improve personnel training mode.
