The Study To The Mutual Relations Between Xinjiang Regional Economy And The Higher Vocational Education

Higher vocational education(here after referred to as HVE) have a dualattributes of education and economy. This thesis made a deeply study to the mutual developing relation of the Xinjiang HVE and regional economy on the crosspoint of education and economy. First of all, the thesis from the human capital theory and the theory of economic growth in both analysis of the vocational education and local economic development in the theoretical basis for interaction, and analysis of higher education and economic development of interaction. And then from the analysis of the Xinjiang Higher Education and Economic Development of Xinjiang, two pronged approach to analyze the Xinjiang region's economic development and interaction of the status of higher vocational education.Then from the analysis of the Xinjiang regional economic development and industrial structure of the high demand for skilled personnel and the shortage of highly skilled social contradictions, the analysis of Xinjiang vocational education and local economic development and the interaction causes. Study of the Xinjiang highly skilled personnel training and higher education institutions, teaching reform, an analysis of Xinjiang vocational education can not effectively promote economic development and slow economic development in Xinjiang has constrained the development of higher education, pointed out that the current higher vocational colleges in Xinjiang Students in the skills training aspects of the quality problems, and innovative management, professional and curriculum development, teacher training base and two-teacher-building, personnel training in areas such as reform of the model put forward reform measures and recommendations. Finally, from the macro point of view we gave some suggestion to accelerate the mutual development between Xinjiang HVE and regional economy.
