The senior-high school mathematics teaching should reflect the basic concept under the new curriculum reformation, which requests teachers to improve the teaching and learning methods during the teaching procedures, and to make students learn actively. At the time of the new curriculum reformation, however, there are several things such as the teaching equipment, the teaching conditions, the teaching environment and the teaching methods, etc, falling behind in the rural area. Recently, how to improve the students’mathematical learning effect, meet their individual development needs in their whole lives and improve completely the senior-high school mathematics teaching efficiency and quality in the rural area have been an important research issue through improving effective teaching strategies.Based on constructivism, Vygotsky’s theory of zone of proximal development, Humanism learning theory and the high school mathematics new curriculum standard theory, and using literature analysis, questionnaire, statistical analysis, experimental research methods, etc. the author explores the effective teaching strategies on mathematics curriculum in rural senior high school under the construction of the concept of the new curriculum, and conducts the experimental study. There are the main research contents as following: firstly, the author discusses the research background in the first three chapters:the current situation of high school mathematics teaching in rural area, effective teaching experimental research situation at home and abroad, theory supporting the research on effective teaching and the definition of related concepts, and setting the up foundation on carrying out effective teaching strategy research of the high school mathematics curriculum and the relevant prior knowledge.Secondly, the author discusses the concrete implementation process of effective teaching strategy research on the development of senior high school mathematics curriculum in the three later chapters; and then carries on the questionnaire survey and statistical analysis on the present study situation such as the senior high school students’mathematics learning motivation, learning method, learning introspection consciousness; The paper discuss the implementation of effective teaching methods from four aspects such as the teaching preparation, the classroom teaching, operation of homework and teaching evaluation; and does empirical research on effectiveness of mathematics teaching in the senior one, which is using a nonequivalent pretest-posttest quasi-experimental research data processing.Finally, we find that:after carrying out the effective teaching strategies of senior grade one, the students’cognitive performance’s influence is very obvious, which can improve some cognitive achievements in teaching effect. Similarly, the test results and Comparative study showed that, with the mathematics effective teaching strategy of the implementation of the concept of the new curriculum in rural senior high school, the teachers can improve students’ cognitive performance greatly, and the teaching effect of non-cognitive achievement such as the students’learning interest, learning desire.
