Win-win cooperation is the requirement in the nowadays society. Since the new curriculum reform,cooperative learning with the idea of "dialogue and consultation, cooperation and sharing" get attention in teaching practice and academic widely and intensively. Cooperative learning is a form that the students complete the common goal through cooperative.It can not only improve the students’ cognitive ability, but also the cooperative skills.Conflict is an indispensable part of cooperative learning, which influence the effect of cooperation. The first part is theoretical research. Owing to the theory of conflict is shortage and contradictious, it need the perspective of Games to discuss the cooperative learning. Proposing New Points that the cooperative learning has game. By the concept analysis method,dig out cooperative learning has games in its connotation, elements and evolution. It also has be in works and teaching practice.However, cooperative learning’s ultimate goal is not game, but cooperative game.This win-win cooperation is value-oriented of cooperative learning. It contribute to the effect of cooperation learning,the value of Ideological and Political lesson in senior middle school, and the students’cognitive ability and cooperative skills.The second part is practical research. On the basic of the above theory study, research and discuss the Games in Cooperative Learning in Ideological and Political lesson in senior middle school with the methods of Classroom Observation, Questionnaire Survey, Case Interviews and so on. It demonstrate there is insufficiency conflict in cooperative learning. To solve the above problems, put forward a attention and use the game to promote cooperation; and establish rational mechanism, utility transfer mechanism, communication mechanism to realize the cooperative game.At the same time, with analyzing the wide variety of cooperative learning’s strategy, put forward the team debate as cooperative learning’s strategy. The strategy is conducive to realize win-win cooperation. First, it reflects about4persons or groups being composed of cooperative groups. The form is that the students learn each other through establishing and completing the common goal. Second, there is games in the cooperative learning. In the process of the team debate forms, it reflect games from the beginning, the developing to the ending of the teaching strategy. Third, the cooperative learning’s value guidance is win-win cooperation.(1) Win other group is the group’s common goals.It require that the members put heads together for structuring the tight Argument scheme of Resolution, in order to the win-win result.(2) From the global perspective, the debate process need some rules or agreement for guarantee. However, the rules and agreement makes conflict or game between groups in the background of cooperative game.(3) The games between the groups is the recognition of the Resolution for the team members and the all students.It help students to learn cooperative in this kind of strategy, and make students realize cooperative game’s win-win results and value. Therefore, the team debate integrate the individual rational with team rational. It boost cooperation between students in a game, and promote realize the win-win results in the cooperationPay attention to and use of cooperative learning in the game, theoretically, the rich and deepen the understanding of the essence of cooperative learning, and on the game will be cooperative learning to the result of the game cooperation, win-win cooperation; In practice, on the game will be cooperative learning to become more real more effective cooperation, let students learn to learn at the same time learning to be cooperative.
