With the deterioration of global environment,human beings’ need domains the trend of the chemistry development, the requirement of environment forces the subject of chemistry developing in the direction of "being friendly to environment ", so in the1990s, American put forward the new concept"green chemistry"first. The advantage of eliminating the pollution in source, high synthesis and low emissions makes the green chemistry be popular with the whole world and obtains various countries’ government and chemistry scholar’s attention. Many other countries as well as China make great efforts to study and develop green chemistry. In terms of education, the green chemistry teaching spread from university to middle school in China, without experience, how to carry out the green chemistry teaching is a great challenge for Senior High teachers.First, the thesis makes a description of green chemistry, low carbon-dioxide and teaching strategy, then analyses274papers about green chemistry teaching in middle school from January of2001to April of2010, finds out that the green chemistry teaching in many senior high school is still in elementary level and lack of practical teaching practice, some middle schools pay little attention to green chemistry teaching.when doing the research on students of Great One, Senior High, we find out that Senior High students are lack of chemistry knowledge, the awareness of protecting environment is not great. Besides, the habit of green and low-dioxide life is not well formed and the ability to solve the problem by using green chemistry is weak. There are still some problems for chemistry teachers, such as:not having a good understanding of green chemistry knowledge, not paying enough attention to the friendly environmental materials while teaching, not cultivating students’ awareness of green chemistry, the way of teaching is simple and rigid, the advanced ideal of green chemistry is not kept up with teaching, and the purpose of teaching is oriented to examination. At the same time, we find out that the teaching strategy and attitude have great influence on students’ green chemistry concept and habit.Under the guidelines of Carl Ransom Rogers’ theory of significant learning, educational psychology’s Learning From Observation theory, Jerome Seymour Bruner’s theory of discovery learning, Model Centered Learning Architecture, the constructivism theory, multiple intelligence theory and the concept in the new curriculum reform, combining with the present chemistry teaching situation, we build the senior high green chemistry teaching strategy divided in three aspects:First, making goals about green chemistry teaching in Senior High; Second, the process of operating green chemistry teaching;Third, the implementation of Senior High green chemistry teaching.In order to put the strategy into chemistry teaching, the research uses the theory of behavior research,studying the class, course, exercise,experiments, after-class activities and so on. Then analyses the data and materials. The results showed the subject of green chemistry teaching strategy is effective.we draw the following conclusion according to the above survey and research.First, the effective teaching strategy can implement in senior high are Trains the student to study chemical the interest of the strategy; Trains the students’ green, low carbon consciousness teaching strategy; Trains the student to analyze and solve problems with the green chemical thought teaching strategy; Trains the students’ Practice ability and innovation ability teaching strategy. These strategies can through the classroom teaching, problem sets, experiment and research learning, extracurricular activities this five kinds of teaching activities to implement.Second,it benefits students a lot while carrying out the green chemical teaching, which can improve students’ ability and change the way of learningCompared to other class, the class which carried out the green chemical teaching, students showed more interest in learning chemistry, they formed into the habit of low-dioxide life. The ability of doing experiment, initiative and the sense of green chemistry are better. Besides, they can greatly affect other classmates. At the same time, the way of learning are flexible and enjoyable, there are different kinds of means to get knowledge besides classes and books.Third, carrying out green chemistry teaching is good for the change of teaching ways.After one year’s practice, great efforts have been made, and the research are thought highly of by staff in school. The lab workers and teachers participate in green chemistry teaching one after another, and arousing great concern in school. The cooperation and communication between teachers are more frequently. The chemistry classes are full of energetic while the teaching ways are flexible and enjoyable as well as the teaching contents.Fourth,carrying out green chemistry teaching is good for the development of school-based curriculum.Teacher is the researcher and explorer of school-based curriculum. According to the research, while carrying out a series of activities that students and teachers take part in together, such as designing experiments about microscle chemistry experiment,friendly-environmental clothes fashion show, poster about protecting environment, planting trees, survey about family fuels and so on, teachers can obtain quite a lot precious materials that are good for the research about school-based curriculum. Teachers can make full use of the materials, working together to make research and develop the school curriculum and textbook with local features. There are still some aspects that middle school can go on further research in terms of green chemical teaching:First, developing microscle chemistry experiment can be comply with the requirement of green chemical;Second, exploring the green chemical teaching textbook for middle school; Third, developing some curriculum about green chemical textbook for middle school and so on, I will try my best to do it well.
