Parents’ expectations are ones on children’s present behavior and future achievements, also the targetsof children’s growth patterns and the development trajectory in parents’s minds. They play a strong role inguiding early childhood development. Parents ’expectations will be affected by many factors, scholars’studies have shown that family socioeconomic status have great effects on parents’ expectations.This study try to build a more comprehensive system, an objective analysis for the rational allocationof public resources by means of literature review, design of survey program, implementation of thequestionnaire, in-depth interviews and other research methods, combined with the scientific division offamily socio-economic status in Zhengzhou City,To promote children’s healthful, overall growth,thisstudy has important theoretical and practical significance.In this study parents’ expectations include long-term expectations and the recent, usings samplingmethod to extract seven kindergartens in Jinshui investigate,Zhengzhou City, the most abundant pre-schoolstrength, by means of SPSS statistical software to conduct a comprehensive analysis to explore theinteraction relationship between socioeconomic status and parents’ expectations. The results show that: thelow percentage of low socio-economic status families’children into public kindergartens,mostlyconcentrated in the urban-rural private kindergarten.2, The impact of different family socioeconomic statuson long-term expectations of kindergarten parents are significantly great.3, the impact of different familysocio-economic status on recent five expactations are different.Based on the above findings, we have the relevant recommendations:1.As national and social levels,to put pre-school into area of compulsory educations as soon as possible, reconstuct or expant largenumbers of GSP kindergartens in order to promote equity in education;2. As the kindergarten level, admission policies should be formulated to take full account of the needs, specification of teachers’attitudes and behavior;3. As parents, need to update the parenting concepts, form a scientific moderateparents’ expectations. To promote early children comprehensive healthy growth in multi-faceted,multi-angle.
