With the developingment of the society,modern information technology has beenwidely applied in the field of education.At the same time,the state and local governmentshave attached great importance to teachers’ professional development,and have investeda lot of material resources and money to promote teachers’learning.Until today,theenthusiasm of scholars both at home and abroad on teachers’ professional development isunabated,and more and more scholars agree that the most important factor in influencingteachers’ professional development is teacher learning.Distance learning can mess the teachers of different regions to learn togetherly.Inthe learning process,they share teaching experience,face the challenge and constructknowledge collaborately.No matter when and where,once teachers send requests,remoteonline learning technology can provide them with professional help andsupport.Undoubtedly,Distance learning has gradually become the main way of teacherlearning.However,most teachers spent all energy on research and teachingexpertise,never teach students how to learn,and even do not know how to learnefficiently.The so-called "Give a man a link to fish than giving them fish",teacherlearning is connected to the teachers teaching and students learning.Only a deep analysison teachers’ learning process and understand teachers how to do distance learning,we canfind out the reason fundamentally in order to further study how teachers learn how tolearn.Through consulting relevant research found that domestic scholars tend to focus onthe external support system of teacher learning,and there are many relevant studies onthe outside system of distance learning, including technical support system,managementsystem and evaluation system.From teachers as main body,this study makes anon-the-spot investigation the teacher how to carry out the distance learning.Gagne and Meyer only focused on individual information processing theory ofcognitive processes,their research is the study of individual cognitive level,and theyregard the study as the static linear activity,ignore the social context of cognitive andlearning is a dynamic process.In this study,based on distributed cognitiontheory,combined with the distance education teaching and learning systems perspectiveof Ding Xingfu,the writer believes that teachers distance learning is also a system,and the learning process is an interactive process to establish links between the variouselements in the system.Teachers distance learning process consists of twolevels:Teachers’ internal information processing and the external informationprocessing.Teacher’s internal information processing process consists of threestages:selection, organization and integration of information.This dimension describesthe information processing within the individual teacher from the microscopic point ofview,and this process is invisible.External information processing of the teachers indistance learning includes the interaction between the teacher and the teacher,interactionbetween the teacher and the external environment.From a macro point of view,thisprocess describes the teacher remote learning process.These two processes occur in alearning process,and they are interactive,and not separate from each other.In addition,based on first half part of the paper’s analysis,integrating interviewsfound,this research proposes that the factors of affecting teachers’ distancelearning.Through the analysis,teachers’ cognitive abilities,learning style,metacognitiveknowledge, cognitive strategies are the internal factors that affect interaction by externalstimuli to improve the teachers in these areas capacity indirectly or improve the methodsand strategies to promote teacher learning.Teachers’ knowledge of tools is the basicfactor in influencing interact.Only skilled in operating modern distance educationequipment hardware, teachers’ distance learning can be carried out.The application levelof learning resources is a key factor to determine the distance learninginteraction.Network collaboration,and social skills is an important factor to interact withother learners,in other words,exchange cooperation is a main mean to achieve teachers’distance learning,and has a significant impact on learning process.This study aims to through distance learning process related to the connotation ofthe theory research, combining the characteristics of teacher study, using the interviewand questionnaire investigation of the structure method, from the perspectives of theoryand practice to explore, trying to make the distance learning teachers factors of empiricalanalysis, understand the present situation of various factors, so as to distance learningteachers the problems existing in the concrete, which is convenient for future researchfor reference.
