Research On The Effective Movement Of Teacher Learning Resource Centers In The Western-countryside Distance Learning

In order to realize the education fairly, fundamentally reverse the difference in the education resources, the idea, the education method between mid-west area and other areas, "the UNDP403 project", "the Central Europe Gansu elementary education project" all depend on the good township center schools, which have well-educated local teachers, and quite good technology condition. The teacher learning resource centers (TLRC) focused on teacher education was established under the strut of information technology environment; an advanced science, technology and the knowledge dissemination base was formed. It makes the high quality teaching resources in eastern city shared by the western and the countryside possible. However, TLRC still are the newly emerging things in our country, we had little experience on how to revolve, and there is limited oversea mature experience that allows us to use. Therefore, this thesis will focus on the internal and external conditions and strategies that will allow TLRC to function effectively.This research is based on the 5 of 86 teacher learning resources centers. Through the active research, the discussion was carried on how to promote the education development feasibility and its correlation questions utilizing the teacher learning resource centers in the western - countryside . A proposal on how to effectively revolve TLRC has been put forward. This research main conclusion as follows:1, Using the teacher learning resource centers, the elementary and middle schools in Western - countryside definitely can transform principal and teacher's education teaching idea, promote teacher's specialized knowledge and the skill enhancement, promote the students' development, promote the information environment construction and the management development in school.2, In order to guarantee the effective application of teacher learning resource centers in Western - countryside, we have to enhance principal's management level, transform the teacher original education idea, unceasingly promote the key teachers and technical personnel's vocational level.3, In order to guarantee the effective application of teacher learning resourcecenters in Western - countryside, we must establish the perfect management, the surveillance and the appraisal mechanism.4, In order to guarantee the effective application of teacher learning resource centers in Western - countryside, we have to develop the compatible resources, strengthen the reorganization and the accumulation, build the local resources storehouse.5 , In order to guarantee the effective application of teacher learning resource centers in Western - countryside, we must adopt many kinds of training methods, act as circumstances permit based on the foundation of understanding the teacher demand.6, In order to guarantee the effective application of teacher learning resource centers in Western - countryside , we also need to provide the certain foreign aid and the specialized support.
