As the Internet developing very fast, the information technological advance, online learning and online training have become the most widely form of training teacher.With educational technology blooming in the education system, online learning has become a very important way to improve the professional skill and knowledge of the country's K12 teacher.As teachers and learners are separating with each other on distance education,it uses a lot of medium and technological means to realize teaching and learning. Comparing with the traditional learning style,there has a large numbers of changes on distance learning.As a result,lots of teachers cannot adjust themselves on distance learning.Online learning adaptability refers to the learners participate in distance learning activities,and whether they can adjust themselves or not.There are many factors influence online learning adaptability.For example,the quantity and quality of distance learning resources,the interaction of learners, the learners' learning willpower, planning ability of study,knowledge acquisition ability,support services of resources system.While when they take part in distance learning, there has a variety of difficulties in fact.Through literature research,this study based on predecessors' research scale and combined with the features of respondents to revise the scale.Through item analysis,reliability analysis and validity analysis methods for scale correction,delete these items which is not suitable.For every dimension using statistical analysis software takes the factor analysis,correlation analysis.Using variation analysis between every respondent's background item and dimension item.Finding out these factors that influence the adaption of the country's K12 teacher in learning online.The use of individual interview method for added.As a result there are five main factors,they are study ability of teacher,mind and body of teacher,support service of study resources system,communication with other teachers,learning resources qualities and quantities.Study found that with different gender,age,teaching years,school level,title,degree,contact the computer time,subject of K12 teachers,except gender and subject have nothing to do with the distance learning factors,the other 6 background items all have relevant with the five main factors. In the end of this study there are a series of solutions about these factors.In this study utilization many kinds of research methods taking field investigation,individual interview research,finding out the influencing factors of distance learning adaptability,putting forward strategies for promoting teachers' distance learning.As a reference for the study of online learning adaptability and distance learning factors,that has a certain of significance.
