Shandong Province University Sports Education Professional Volleyball Special Student Ability Evaluation System To Study

This paper was accomplished with the adoption of document data method, questionnaireand interviews with experts, logic analysis and mathematical statistics method, together with theinterview and study of the experts and instructors of volleyball majors of various sports collegesin Shandong province. From the angle of evaluation, this paper studies the volleyball’s specialcapability of the sports majors of various universities in Shandong province, has a deeptheoretical analysis of the volleyball’s special capability characteristics of the sports majors ofvarious universities in Shandong province, and constructs the volleyball’s special capabilityevaluation system of the sports majors of various universities in Shandong province. So it has agreat value in enhancing the volleyball special capability’ scientific levels on study andtraining.Gets the main conclusions as follows:1. This article using modern system theory illustrates the concept, the elements and thecharacteristics of the volleyball’s special capability for professional students. There are fourlevels about studying on the volleyball’s special capability, which established the theoreticalbasis of the volleyball’s special capability evaluation system of various universities.2. The structure of the volleyball’s special capability evaluation system of the sports majorsof various universities in Shandong province is constituted by the evaluation index, index weightand evaluation criteria.However it is constructed by determining the evaluation index, theweight of evaluation index, consistency test and designing the evaluation criteria.3. The primary evaluation system aiming at the volleyball’s special capability of the sportsmajors of various universities in Shandong province includes one first-level indexes, sevensecond-level indexes and forty-six third-level indexes. Through expert’s assessing and statisticaloptimization, the paper picks out one first-level indexes, seven second-level indexes andtwenty-three third-level indexes that will constitute the volleyball’s special capabilityevaluation system of the sports majors of various universities in Shandong province and theproportion of different indexes.4. Through twice screening, we get the volleyball’s special capability evaluation indexes ofthe sports majors of various universities in Shandong province, confirm the proportion ofdifferent indexes through adopting analytic hierarchy process, formulate the rating criteria ofsingle parameter through utilizing percentile method, combine single evaluation and rankevaluation. This will be good for the volleyball’s special capability evaluation, study andtraining of the sports majors of various universities in Shandong province.
