Research On The Referee Ability Of Volleyball Majors In Shenyang Institute Of Physical Education

Volleyball is a collective event with a long history in our country.The team cooperation concept of this project caters to the needs of China's current economic and social development of“cooperation,high efficiency,mutual benefit and win-win”.In recent years,the state has paid more and more attention to volleyball team events.China's men's and women's volleyball super league matches as well as professional matches,amateur matches,gas volleyball matches,sand volleyball matches and other matches of various scales are widely carried out.Sports competitions cannot be separated from referees.As the judges of sports results,the existence of referees can not only supervise the whole competition process,but also to a large extent determine the competition results of sports events.Therefore,the team of sports referees is an important force in the sports front.The quality of referees' work directly dominates the progress of sports competitions.With the vigorous development of volleyball events in China,the ability and quality of referees have become an important factor affecting the smooth progress of volleyball competitions.However,at present,our country has not set up a special referee post.The main force of volleyball referees is mainly teachers and students in schools.The competition in modern volleyball is becoming more and more fierce,which puts forward higher requirements for the referee's level of execution.Therefore,college students majoring in physical education who are trained in physical education colleges need to have strong judging ability.However,in the process of training volleyball majors in many colleges and universities,they only pay attention to the test results and results of the semester.The evaluation of the students depends entirely on the level of the special level.However,they do not pay enough attention to the referee ability.The referee course accounts for a low proportion of specialized courses,which leads to the inadequacy of their referee ability,inability to meet the needs of various competitions,and a serious shortage of referee talents.Especially in the popularization of mass volleyball today,it is necessary for students in sports colleges to master basic volleyball judging ability to meet the needs of social development.To solve the problem of training volleyball referees and to strengthen the construction of the referee team not only meet the inevitable requirements of the current development of volleyball competitive events,but also is one of the important development directions of China's volleyball cause.In this study,the referee ability of volleyball majors in Shenyang Institute of Physical Education is taken as the research object,and the volleyball majors in Shenyang Institute of Physical Education are taken as the research object.Through the research methods of expert interview,questionnaire,Delphi method,factor analysis and equal weight method,the evaluation system of professional referee ability of volleyball majors is established.(1)The evaluation system constructed in this study follows sports evaluation and measurement in design,and in the first system constructed in this paper,it follows sports science basically.Basic and systematic statistics.The content goes through with.The credibility of the results of the final paper,following the convergence of discussions and views among the experts.Universality can achieve certain results,and can be used in ordinary life can be simple and convenient to use;(2)the referee ability of volleyball students in sports training There are three level indicators,six level II indicators and Twenty-two level III indicators;(3)this study has developed three semester evaluation model of volleyball professional students'referee ability;(4)In the course of this research,the students'dynamic and static are combined with each other to make the final and the students are regarded as the first demand of the first development situation,so as to get the students'actual situation and thus have the final judgment result;this study constructs the referee ability which is the evaluation system of the volleyball students majoring in sports training,,the difficulty of evaluation system is moderate,and the degree of differentiation is moderate.
