Currently, we are in a new era call for and produce subjectivity. Colleges and universities asinstitutions to develop high-level personnel, should care and the develop of the subjectivity ofstudents, cultivate the main capacity and quality of the students as subject, and set thedevelopment of subjectivity of the student as the core of the university’s teaching reform.Reflections on the years of higher education reform and the implementation of the qualityeducation, It is clear that, the higher education have achieved rapid development and progress,while considering students’ development in terms of subjectivity, the teaching managementsystem constructed under the national planned economic system, tends to weight control moreand be manager-based that neglects students dominant position and personality differences,seriously restricting the development of students’ subjectivity, cannot fully meet requirementsthe country’s economic and social development putting to the people’s subjectivity. According tointerview survey, I found three main problems, concluding: personnel training mechanism; theorganization and management of classroom teaching; teaching management. In accord with thepersonnel training system, the reform of credit system did not really realize the studentsself-elective; turning professional is very difficult; curriculum emphasis on theoretical, lightapplication; enrollment management did not flexible enough. In classroom teaching managementand organization, teachers led classroom instruction content, single teaching methods’,curriculum emphasis on theory, light application, class arranged properly. After all, theseproblems are largely restricting the student’s subjective development.Faced with the requirement of the times, education should consciously set the subjectivitycultivation as the goal, and make efforts to create a actor of the society in the future. Firstly, thehigher education and management should establish philosophy of students as subjectivity.Secondly, make efforts to promote the credit system, reform the rigid teaching plan, establishand improve a series of supporting systems such as the elective system, the undergraduatetutorial system, and the flexible educational system. Thirdly, reform the traditional teachingmodel, implement research teaching, providing students with a teaching and learningenvironment that can stimulate students’ potential and interests, so that the students can choosethe learning content and learning methods by themselves. Lastly, make full use of modernnetwork technology, fulfilling informational management, to give full play to the subjectivityand initiative of the students, so that the students can manage themselves and truly become themasters of the learning and development.
