The secondary occupation education is an importantpart of our national education system and lifelong education system, vigorously develop thesecondary occupation education to improve the national quality, improve the strategicsignificance of education system and optimize the educational structure, the education iscomprehensively coordinated the sustainable development has a very important. Mediumoccupation school students will become an important source of China’s future industrial force.However, the current secondary occupation school students have many problems, whichaffect the quality of personnel training in vocational colleges, this will affect the nationalconstruction and social development. Therefore, understand the students problems, analyzethe reasons and put forward countermeasures of management, is a problem that is worthdiscussing.The research on Hengshui city occupation education park as a case study, throughquestionnaires, interviews, literature research, investigation of the medium occupation schoolstudents with weariness, generally with bad habits, good faith is missing, mental healthproblems can not be ignored, the campus violence have occurred from time to time etc..Further analysis of reasons for the existence of the above problems from four aspects ofstudents’ own factors, family factors, school factors, social factors. Finally, aiming at the mainproblems of medium occupation school students and its causes, and put forward sixcountermeasures and suggestions on management of students: the successful implementationof education, enhance student self-confidence; open up the second classroom, to enrich thestudents’ practice of life; the development of home and school together, realize the effectivedocking; innovation of teaching mode, improving teaching effectiveness; strengthendiscipline, legal education, building a harmonious campus; reasonable use of network,strengthening the role of learning network. I hope that through this study, to summarize the Occupation Education Park studentsmanagement experience of Hengshui City, and provide the reference for other provinces ofmedium occupation school students management work, enrich the theory of studentmanagement, and enhance the training quality of medium occupation school students, tobetter serve the economic construction and social development.
