Senior high school biology curriculum standard takes the emotional attitudes and values asa major dimension of the3D teaching goal, clearly stated the emotional attitudes and valuesaspects of training target and put forward the corresponding assessment on teaching andevaluation, more and more teachers and education researchers have been paying attention to thedevelopment of students’ emotional attitudes and values. In recent years, evaluation of emotionalattitudes and values has become the key and difficulty point for education research in senior highschool, biology has not formed the scientific, operational evaluation system in high school. Formost of biology teachers, the understanding of emotional attitudes and values only stays in ageneral and fuzzy recognition, let along evaluation. So, to construct a system which has a guide,pertinence and maneuverability for emotional attitudes and values has important practicalsignificance for current high school biology teaching.On the basis of literature research, we carried out a questionnaire survey on presentsituation of emotion attitudes and values to high school biology teachers, the results showed thatthe lack of evaluation index system for emotional attitudes and values was the important factorsof restricting of evaluations’ implement. In view of this, we set the index system for emotionalattitudes and values’ evaluation based on the curriculum standards and its validity has beenverified in practice, provides the operational evaluation method for the high school biologyteachers to effectively evaluate the student’s emotional attitudes and values. We hope theresearch has certain stimulative effects for the implement of high school biology emotionalattitudes and values’ evaluation.This paper uses some different methods, such as the methods of literature, investigationmethod, experimental method and so on.The paper is divided into seven main parts:The first part is the background and current situation. Briefly introduces the background andresearch status.The second part is an overview. Introduces the connotation, the status and significance aswell as the evaluation theories and evaluation methods of emotional attitudes and values in NewCurriculum.The third part is the investigation on evaluation of emotional attitudes and values about highschool biology new curriculum. Given an analysis on present situation of emotional attitudes andvalues’ evaluation in high school from the biology teachers’ level, and analyzed the causes of thissituation, then expounded the necessity of index system for emotional attitudes and values’evaluation. The fourth part is the construction of the evaluation index system for emotional attitudesand values in high school. Based on the establishment of high school biology emotional attitudesand values target system and target level division to construct the evaluation index system andprovided the corresponding teaching cases.The fifth part is the experimental studies on the validity of the evaluation index system foremotional attitudes and values. Given the evaluation index system an application in practice,tested its effectiveness and feasibility in the senior high school biology teaching practice.The sixth part is a conclusion.The seventh part is the problems and suggestions. Analyzed the existing problems inresearch process and analysis and put forward the corresponding proposals.
