Fundamental Education Curriculum Reform Outline (test) take both the emotion and values as one of goals in fundamental education, Senior High Schools Biology Curriculum Standard (test) makes a specific definition towards senior biology teaching goal, as is carried out in national -range, emotional teaching formally step into our country's fundamental education areas. However, in terms of traditional society and educational ideas, curriculum system construction and teaching methods, put the emotional teaching into practice has lots of obstacles in the front; it is not satisfied to the result.This article mainly makes a research of the practice problems of emotional attitude and values goals. Theories research have some to do with practice propose:1. Emotional attitude and values education are characterized with important significance, it is necessary to carry out them in teaching as far as the requirements of social development and teenagers' comprehensive development, healthy grown up.2. Many difficulties and questions do exist in the present emotional education, in order to solve and avoid them, it is necessary to adopt scientific methods and strategies to make emotional education effective.3. In the process of emotional education coming into being and development, actually we can find some scientific rules, methods of putting emotional education into effect are supposed based on those scientific rules.4. Educational teaching goals of emotional areas are related with the other teaching goals in another two areas, they can promote each other, and thus they should combine tightly with the certain teaching, permeating to daily educational teaching.5. Compared with traditional teaching formula of teaching and learning, emotional educational pay more attention to students'activities and experiences, it should be focused that we need to advance the process of emotional inner influence.According to the result of research, based on emotional goals'classification system, I design an emotional teaching formula-permeation to transformation in biological classes. After one semester's teaching experiments of comparison, along with analyzing students'emotional development conditions by questionnaire and making a comparison of examination scores between experimental classes and control classes to see emotional education's influence towards cognitive goals'achievement. My conclusions are as follow:1. Emotional education's inspiration and maintaining towards the certain subject work obviously.2. Students'emotional attitude and values and other aspects all receive development absolutely which implies it is feasible to permeate emotional education in teaching. "Permeating-transformation" formula also makes effect. But meanwhile,I discovered that in the high-advanced emotional aspect, mere teaching in class has some shortages, did think we need to strengthen practice sections in teaching.3. In a short space of time, teaching which is permeated emotional elements make effect to promote cognition, but no notable, I do suppose that we are required to insist on practicing emotional education in a long period of time.
