Teachers’ professional development depend on a good interactive mechanism, group atmosphere and professional ecological environment. Every teacher can develop creativity, stimulate educational wisdom and integrate effective knowledge. Therefore, teacher professional learning community needs to stand out in this situation. Teacher professional learning community pay close attention to the cooperation and dialogue between teachers, attaches great importance to teachers’ group learning, and actively carry out the study of the learning process, so as to realize mutual benefit and win-win results. The Ideal construction of teacher professional learning community actively responded to the value idea of "symbiosis".This paper bring symbiosis into teacher professional learning community and analyses it’s development from a new view and use symbiosis method to solve development problems of teacher professional learning community.The dissertation attempts to focus on the problems as the following issues: Why should this dissertation want to research the development of the teacher professional learning community? What should we rely on to research the development of the teacher professional learning community in symbiosis perspective? How to understand the teacher professional learning community development in symbiosis perspective? How should the teacher professional learning community be to realize symbiosis development?The paper consists of four parts as the following:The introductory parts explains the raising of the questions, current research situation home and abroad, and put forward the method of the research. The paper takes the central concepts of teacher professional learning community for subject words, and aims at discussing approaches of teachers’ professional development.Part one: essential question,this chapter is to analyze the teacher professional learning community ontology of in symbiosis perspective. Teacher professional learning community is made up of symbiosis object, model and environment. The symbiosis object of teacher professional learning community will generally experience from point symbiosis, intermittent symbiosis, continuous symbiotic relationship to the integration of symbiosis evolution course. The symbiotic mode of teacher professional learning community have parasitic, partial symbiosis symbiotic, symmetric and symbiosis integrated model. Teacher learning community development environment including the internal environment and external environment. The conditions of teacher professional learning community development contains resource sharing nature, competitive collaboration, the same symbiosis main reciprocal and the openness of the external environment.In the symbiosis relationship, there are three main factors that restrict teacher professional learning community including defect of teacher itself, symbiosis model imperfection and symbiosis environment unsatisfactory.Part two: premise question, this chapter surveys and reflects the development basis problems of teacher professional learning community. This part select the four schools of Qujing city Yunnan province to questionnaire and interview,respectively from the aspects of teachers, school environment, teaching and researching activities to investigate. The development of teacher professional learning community exist the following problems: the conservatism of teachers ’ concept and the lack of atmosphere of cooperation; the lose of teachers discourse and the ignorance of data collection in practice; the obstacles of organizational structure and teachers’ contradiction between work and study; the lack of school system and the lack of humanistic care; evaluation mechanisms of utilitarian and unscientific assessment of teachers’ performance.Part three: theoretical basis question,this chapter is to study the theoretical basis for the development of teacher professional learning community in symbiosis perspective. This parts explains the origin and connotation of symbiosis theory、three symbiosis elements and their relationship、characteristic of symbiosis theory、the significance of symbiosis theory and the direction meaning of symbiosis theory to teacher professional development。Part four: strategic question, his chapter explores the development path of the teacher professional learning community in symbiosis perspective. The paper put forward proposals from symbiosis view including symbiosis object, symbiosis model and symbiosis environment combing results of the analysis. To accelerate the construction of teacher’s own include trusted partnership, common vision, teacher’s professional consciousness, promote teachers knowledge structure, innovative thought and clear the principal role and responsibility of the requirements; Improvement to symbiosis model include keeping teacher tension, empowerment of teachers’ rights, the diversification of researching activities, improve the symmetry of reciprocity mechanism, strengthen cooperation on the basis of competition and keep the balance between negotiation and identity; Optimizing to symbiosis environment include the establishment of a flexible organization, innovative school system and the construction of quality culture in the school.
