Leading-in teaching of high school political courses is a teaching strategy that teachers planning out with the purpose of guiding the students into the best learning sate. Following the trend of new basic education curriculum reform, research in leading-in teaching of high school political courses, are the demands of reforming teaching organization and optimizing the structure of classroom teaching. As an organic component of instructional design, leading-in teaching has the function that the other links can’t replace; it’s also crucial for teachers to pursuit the perfect instructional design and to improve the quality of classroom teaching. The research of this subject with advanced educational concepts as guide, and made the best efforts to implement the basic spirit of the new curriculum, combined with my teaching practice of high school political course, exploring the present situation, reasons and proposed optimization countermeasure of leading-in teaching design of high school political course, providing useful reference for the majority of high school political teachers. The paper composed of an introduction and four parts:Introduction introduces the background and significance, the current study situation at home and abroad, the logic and the methods of this research.The first part describes the meaning and importance of lead-in teaching design in high school political course. On the basis of defying lead-in teaching and lead-in teaching design, looking for educational philosophy, psychology, aesthetics, pedagogy theoretical basis and its practical needs.The second part is with the analysis of classic cases, describing the present situation of lead-in teaching design in high school political course. The main performances are almost not linking to objectives of teaching, inappropriate material, formalization and no design in leading-in teaching.The third part analyzes the course of the problem that lead-in teaching design in high school political course. Combined with the assessment of relevant cases, explores the external constraints and the reasons of teachers. The reasons of teachers include: some teachers lack of awareness of importance of lead-in teaching, rarely carry out the method of lead-in teaching, grasp requirements not accurately and teachers themselves no sense of responsibility.The fourth part put forward optimized countermeasures. The fundamental countermeasure is to enhance the quality of teachers. Concrete measures, including: improving the consciousness of lead-in teaching design; mastering and researching into methods of lead-in teaching design; taking active part in research and practice of lead-in teaching design.
