Research On The Rural Sports Services System In The New Era

As a sign of social development and civilization progress, the level of the development of sports is an important manifestation of the comprehensive national strength and degree of social civilization. China is a large agricultural country, the "three rural" issue has always been global and fundamental questions of the relationship between the party and people development. The farmers’problem is the fundamental problem of the "three rural" problems, only on the basis of farmer’s comprehensive development can various undertakings in rural areas get the all-round development. A new socialist countryside sports service system serve the majority of rural residents, it is the way of meting the growing needs for sports and cultural of the majority of rural residents, it is a prerequisite for mental and physical health of the majority of rural residents, and it is also the fundamental requirements of building a moderately prosperous society and building a harmonious society and a new socialist countryside construction.In this paper, the main research methods the author used are literature study, questionnaire and interview survey, investigation and analysis of the status of rural sports service system of Tongshan County, Hubei Province. By the research on basic situation of the rural sports service system, management, physical capital, human resources and other aspects of the status of policies and regulations the organization, analyze and summarize the problems of rural sports service system in Tongshan County, Hubei Province, based on the actual situation of current rural economic development, to explore the sports service system in rural areas in this area.This study conclude that in order to improve the rural sports service system of Tongshan County, Hubei Province,the government should proceed from the following aspects:1, Improve relevant policies and regulations of sports service system in rural areas on the basis of the actual situation of the rural development of sports in this county;2,Improve the organization and management of the sports service system in rural areas, respectively, from the aspects of rural residents voluntarily sports organizations and administrative departments managed sports organization;3, Strengthen the activities of the service system of rural sports organizations and sports teams management and construction, building the guidance of the village sports center and sports activity stations;4,Develop the actual financial payment system, to ensure that the material and financial resources and the protection measures be implemented to provide basic and necessary sports venues and infrastructure of material security for rural residents.
