Equity is the essential requirement of socialism which is the fundamental values pursuit of the human society. Equity consciousness is the ethics of the society. The theme of the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China highlights that we should set the concept of equity and justice. As the pursuit of the equity and justice, we promote the progress of the society. In the trend of the pluralistic development in society, it is very important that we should foster the consciousness of equity and justice to have a harmonious society. The high school students who are in the key period of their outlook on life and values are the future of our country. Therefore, there are theoretical significances and practical significances for us to research the present situation of the high school students’consciousness of equity and explore how to enhance the method of the high school students’consciousness of equity. The vulnerability of the high school students’consciousness which is the breakthrough of the thesis is analyzed and enhancing the countermeasures of the high school students’consciousness of equity and justice is explored. The thesis can be divided into four aspects:In the first part, the definitions of equity and the equity consciousness are given, namely, the equity of rights, the equity of opportunity, the equity of distribution and the equity of rules and the equity consciousness of rights, the equity consciousness of opportunity, the equity consciousness of distribution and the equity consciousness of rules.In the second part, the present situation of the high school students’equity consciousness is analyzed. Through the questionnaire, we can make a conclusion that the high school students have a poor sense about equity consciousness, some high school students have less understanding about the connotation of the equity and cannot know what the equity meaning is. Some high school students have some deviations about equity and inequity, because of the high school students’degree of cognition.In the third part, the reasons of the high school students’equity consciousness’s vulnerability are explored as follows:family lacks the equitable atmosphere, the partial of the self-recognize, the neglect of the equity in the school and the effect of social injustice.In the fourth part, enhancing the educational countermeasures of high school students’the equity consciousness is proposed:strengthen the educational role of the ideological and political lesson, foster the school culture of the equity, hold the practical activities of the equity and enhancing the teachers of the equity consciousness.
