Primary students have different learning habits,thinking modes and psychologicalfeatures in different grades and developing levels.Coincident with the specificity of theprimary students and the social aspects to the educational fruits,the focus to theemotions of primary teachers and their working pressures is increasing. As far asmodern educational technology immerging in class,multi-media teaching methods havechange the traditional teaching approach and expanded the teaching material.In the baseof the differences of students’ studying features and thinking modes and in order tomake multi-medias improve the teaching tasks,the teachers should regulate theircognitional structures and emotional expresses.starting from the background ofmulti-media teaching approach,the thesis will be engaged into the structures of primaryteachers’ emotional labors,the overall situations of it and the differences of it amongmultiple elements.Analyze the influences of primary teachers’ emotional labors onteaching and teachers’ physical and mental integrity.Combining with other researchresults,the thesis will explore the correlations between the primary school teachers’emotional labors and teaching-efficacy sense,job satisfaction and teaching autonomywith the measurement instruments,in order to figure out the the influential factors onprimary teachers’ emotional labors and the features of each sector and the correlationsbetween primary teachers’ emotional labors and its influential factors.The thesis aims toput forward some proposals to optimize emotional labor organization andpatterns,promote teachers’ positive emotional expresses and enhance teachers’ emotionallabors splendid influences on its influential factors.
