Nowadays,the "new curriculum reform" has been widely spread in the field of education in our country.At the same time,the related research on emotional performance and emotional management has gradually attracted the attention of educational management workers.Taking H Primary School in Tianxin District of Changsha City as an example,this paper makes a qualitative analysis of the new teachers in this primary school according to the specific emotional types,the present situation of emotional expression,the way of emotion regulation and the management strategy.The purpose of this paper is to summarize and sort out the emotional performance of the new primary school teachers and the trend and characteristics of their management,analyze the main factors that affect the emotion of the new primary school teachers,and finally explore the positive and effective emotional management strategies of the new primary school teachers.This paper takes the emotional performance and emotional management of primary school teachers in Tianxin H Primary School of Changsha City as an example.Based on the summary of literature research and theoretical review,the paper focuses on specific emotion types,emotional status quo,emotional adjustment methods and management strategies.The new teachers in the experimental primary school conducted an interview survey and conducted qualitative analysis on the interview data to understand the current emotional characteristics of the new primary school teachers and the overall characteristics of their management,and summarized the trends and characteristics of the new teachers in primary schools and their management.Organize and analyze the main factors affecting the mood of new teachers in primary schools at the current stage,and finally explore the active and effective emotional management strategies of new primary school teachers.In the interviews with the emotions and management of the new teachers in the experimental primary school in Tianxin District,the factors such as gender,age and academic qualifications of the teachers are mainly considered,and there are three different types of interactions with students,interaction with upper and lower levels,and interaction with parents of students.The teacher's emotional problems and adjustment methods were analyzed and analyzed.Through research and analysis,the main conclusions were as follows:There are four main reasons for positive emotions: students' factors,including students' quality,the relationship between students and teachers;parents' factors,including parents' attitudes towards education and teachers,parents' quality and education level;colleagues' factors,namely,colleagues 'help,prompt and guidance;and leadership factors,namely,care in life and work.Negative emotions are produced not only by individual factors such as gender and experience,but also by non-individual factors such as welfare benefits and policies.Based on the above research,this paper puts forward the strategies of emotional management for new primary school teachers: the emotional regulation and management of primary school teachers mainly focus on the individual level and non-individual level to optimize and manage,in which the individual level mainly includes the establishment of correct values,the correct understanding of emotional labor and the improvement of their professional qualities;the non-individual level mainly includes the improvement of teachers' welfare treatment and improvement.Education policy system and protection of teachers' legitimate rights and interests.
