| The basic concept and model of the contribution rate of higher education on scientific and technological innovation is put forward based on review of documents on contribution rate of higher education, especially the analysis of the contribution rate of higher education on science and technology. The model is A=β He/T. The paper studies the contribution rate of higher education on scientific and technological innovation in Sichuan province with qualitative research and quantitative research. The qualitative research includes the research of higher education and its components, scientific and technological innovation and its components. The conclusion is both of them has been developed significantly recently based on data between2000and2009. Then the contribution rate index system of higher education on scientific and technological innovation is designed through extraction of three quantitative indexes. This paper uses factor analysis with the conclusion that the contribution rate of Sichuan higher education on scientific and technological innovation is17.64%. It is concluded that the contribution rate of Sichuan higher education on scientific and technological innovation is relevant high. At last, this paper puts forward relevant suggestions at the end of the passage. |
