Research On Competitive Intelligence Of Foreign Education And Training Institutions

With the changes in foreign language education and training institutions, the external competitive environment, especially after China’s accession to the WTO, education and training institutions not only face competitive pressure from domestic education and training institutions, but also face the competitive pressure of foreign education and training institutions. Foreign language education and training institutions are able to adapt to such a competitive environment, and overcome the challenges of the competitors。They need to create the Competitive Intelligence System and provide effective support for foreign language education and training institutions. It improves the competitiveness of the education and training institutions. In this paper, the necessity and the principle of competitive intelligence to foreign language education and training institutions as the main object of study of foreign language education and training institutions to establish a competitive intelligence system. In order to analyze the framework of building a competitive intelligence, objectives, level of three subsystems, as well as the implementation of safeguards and measures.Scholars hardly combine competitive intelligence and foreign language education and training institutions to do related research. Competition in the market is very intensely, and foreign language education and training institutions will take a variety of effective competition in theory and competitive strategy, which is in order to enhance market competitiveness. Competitive intelligence system improving the functionality of the enterprise’s market competitiveness, many companies have been established and are going to establish their own competitive intelligence system. In the process of enterprises’s development, the competitive intelligence system has played an important role.
