Nowadays,artificial intelligence technology is developing rapidly,and is gradually applied to various fields of society,so the demand for artificial intelligence compound talents is increasing.Although some colleges and universities have set up artificial intelligence specialty in the whole country,the training mode system of artificial intelligence compound talents has not been completely established.In order to build a suitable training mode of artificial intelligence compound talents in local undergraduate colleges and universities and solve the problem of the demand of artificial intelligence talents training.Based on the system theory,this paper regards the training mode of artificial intelligence compound talents as a system,constructs the training mode system of artificial intelligence compound talents,analyzes its system connotation,subsystem,element,interaction and so on,and establishes the system dynamics model for simulation research.The main research contents are as follows(1)Through literature review,comprehensive domestic and foreign research status of artificial intelligence personnel training,understand the background of the research,explore the significance of the research,sort out the relevant concepts and research ideas,clear the key problems to be solved,in order to answer the question of "why to cultivate".(2)From the perspective of system thinking,using complex system theory and Hall's three-dimensional structure,this paper constructs the structure model of artificial intelligence compound talents training mode system from three aspects: knowledge,ability and quality three-dimensional system,subject,time and discipline three-dimensional system,demand,subject and operation structure system three-dimensional system,and analyzes the connotation,elements and functions of the system Objective,subsystem,function,environment and the interaction between subsystems,system and environment,the complexity of the system,and the characteristics of artificial intelligence compound talents training are analyzed;Further answer the question of "what kind of people to cultivate" and "how to cultivate people".(3)Through questionnaire survey,based on AHP and critical combination weighting method,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of artificial intelligence compound talents training mode system,in order to answer the question of "what is the effect of training".(4)By using the system dynamics simulation software Vensim and using the above comprehensive evaluation index system,the causality diagram and flow diagram model of the artificial intelligence compound talent training mode system are constructed to analyze the causality feedback relationship of each subsystem,and the simulation test and Countermeasure Simulation of the constructed model are carried out to explore the optimization scheme.(5)According to the system structure model analysis and system dynamics simulation analysis,the hierarchical construction framework of artificial intelligence compound talents training mode is designed,and the countermeasures and suggestions of "environmentresource-system-objective" hierarchical collaborative construction are put forward for the construction of artificial intelligence compound talents training mode system.
