In recent years, tutoring craze sweeping the globe, has become a hot topic affects millions of households, and high school students to participate in after school tutoring is also a very common phenomenon. With the economic development and social change on the education of the rising demand, the examination-oriented education more and play more intense tutoring needs of Hefei is growing year by year, gradually forming a stable potential huge tutoring market. In this thesis, starting from an anthropological point of view, high school students, Hefei, conducted a survey and case interview study area, a large number of high school students tutoring experience. From a cultural perspective on the conflict in the high school students tutoring phenomenon, and then to seek the causes of conflict and problem-solving measures, designed to weaken and reduce the negative impact of conflict on the high school development, in order to take appropriate measures to promote the development of high school students physical and mental health.The paper is divided into four parts. The first section describes the source of the topics and research purpose and significance. Since tutoring is a widespread social phenomenon, but on research topics and research methods, is still an urgent in-depth and expand areas of research, this study must have theoretical meaning and practical significance. Moreover, by the method of literature, tutoring, cultural conflict, and the concept of cultural conflict is defined.The second part presents the performance and characteristics of the conflict come through questionnaires and interviews about high school students in after school tutoring, mainly related to their own conflict, conflict with parents, and tutoring teacher conflict; mainly as tutoring related to the main conflict on the views and values in education.The third part is mainly based on cultural perspective, from the macro and micro aspects to reveal the conflict in the counseling of high school extracurricular reasons, the macro aspects of social and cultural environment impact, including the interests of society and education utilitarian; microscopic mainly related subjects from tutoring, counseling students, parents and teachers tripartite cultural factors.The final chapter, the author proposes multi-pronged measures to weaken and reduce conflict in the high school students tutoring in order to facilitate the high school’s healthy growth and healthy development of China’s education. Includes five aspects:to promote the positive culture of counseling, play a positive role of tutoring; strengthen the institutional culture, norms tutoring market; improve the cultural quality of teachers, and establish a new relationship between teachers and students; to create a good family and cultural environment, play a family cultural education; effective guide to high school groups, culture, and strengthen students’ mental health education.
