Chongqing Public Rental Housing Community For Children's Compulsory Education Path And Mechanism Research

The child is the future of a country and a nation. The compulsory education forthe children should be non-profitable. The public finance provides every school agechild going to kindergarten. It is the responsibility of the government to providepublic service, promoting justice, narrowing the gap between rich and poor andrealizing common prosperity.This thesis, concerning the development and studies of children’s education athome and abroad, has divided the children’s education into four modes: totalcompulsory education mode, semi-compulsory education mode, free education modeand traditional education mode. The author will further discuss the theoretical valueand realistic significance of the developing the compulsory education for children inthe public rental housing district. Finally, this thesis has established the innovationalvalue orientation of the compulsory education for children in the public rental housingdistrict. Worldwide, compulsory education for children is generally paid muchattention by all countries which is both a global trend and the starting point of nationaleducation system that restricts and affects the education and civilization of the wholenation. For China, the compulsory education for children, which is relatively laggingbehind, is still in the process of discovering. Preposition of compulsory education(compulsory education for children) is the main situation and task of the presenteducation development.This thesis, based on investigation and analysis, has summarized the public rentalhousing construction at home and abroad in major cities. It analyzed the current MinXin Jia Yuan public rental housing children education and its main problem and putsforward the children compulsory education mode and its route and mechanism. Basedon the supply and demand of the children education in public rental housing district,the first children compulsory education mode will be established according to thestandard of the first degrade kindergarten in Chongqing. The aim is to establish thesystem which is guided by the government, joined by the society and supported by theenterprises.This thesis emphasizes the combination of theory and practice. In the early stage,the author has searched a lot of data, investigated and analyzed about Min Xin JiaYuan and38county kindergartens in Chongqing. In the middle stage, the author hassummarized the effective information and analyzed the education and managementtheories on children education and put them into practical solution. In the later stage,the realistic foundation, basic idea, innovational system and operation rule of thechildren compulsory education are researched in order to construct the route andmechanism of Min Xin Jia Yuan children compulsory education. And the thesis iscompleted with the last stage.
