Children are the future of a country,so the healthy growth of children means a bright and promising future for our country.The Ministry of Education stipulates that children aged 6 to 7 must enrol in a primary school which is the starting point for children to learn.There is a common saying that every skyscraper is built from the ground.Only with a good learning foundation can we ensure the successful learning in the future.Therefore,it has become the focus of schools and families to let freshmen adapt to the learning life of primary schools as soon as possible.This study takes parents of public rental primary school students as the research object,investigates the current situation of learning adaptability of public rental primary school students,and puts forward corresponding strategies to improve the level of learning adaptability of public rental primary school students.Based on the theory of ecological system theory model,social capital and synergy,this study designs a questionnaire from the following seven dimensions: learning enthusiasm,attitudes to lectures,school environment,family environment,community environment,independence as well as perseverance.328 parents of public rental primary school students in the main urban area of Chongqing are surveyed on their learning adaptability.To understand the current situation of learning adaptability of public rental primary school freshmen,interviews are conducted,with 6 front-line teachers,3 community workers and 5 students' parents.According to the results of questionnaires and interviews,some problems in learning adaptability of primary school students of public rental housing in Chongqing are found,their causes are analyzed,and then the corresponding solutions are proposed.The results show that the learning adaptability level of public rental primary school students in Chongqing is generally on or above middle,which is higher than the theoretical median.There are significant differences in age,gender,fosterers,and educational level of fosterers.It is found that the current situation of learning adaptability of public rental primary school students in Chongqing is as follows: children's independence,the main factor affecting the learning adaptability of public rental primary school students,is bad;primary school freshmen aged 6-7 have a higher learning adaptability;the learning adaptability level of female students is higher than that of male students;the primary school freshmen who are brought up by their parents have a better learning adaptability;the educational level of the fosterers is positively correlated with the learning adaptability level of primary school students;the learning adaptability level of primary school students with urban registered permanent residence is higher than that of primary school students with rural registered permanent residence.Therefore,this paper puts forward the corresponding strategies to improve the learning adaptability of public rental primary school students from the aspects of constructing the cooperative training mechanism of Family-School-Community(FSC).Family and community co-cultivation in order to establish the community family education center to enhance children's independence;strengthen family community cocultivation function;build a good community education environment and improve family education efficiency.School and family co-cultivation in order to enrich the content of family education,strengthen children's preparation for schooling;attach importance to the role of school education,enhance the synergy of home-school education;establish a sound school management mechanism,and strengthen cooperation between home and school in various ways.Community and school co-cultivation in order to hold various campus cultural activities and stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning;develop community schools to create a good learning atmosphere;establish community learning centers,and improve school education.
